The continental breakfast was fantastic - lots of choices, fresh and clean

The design and color scheme was unlike any hotel I’ve stayed in before.

The property was fine and this is beyond their control but the roadwork happening right near the property wasn’t fun. It made getting in for the first time a little confusing for my son.

Ultra clean and modern. Sheets were soft and bed and pillows lucious’. Outdoor sitting area and wonderful healthy breakfast. In the future, this is my new go to Hotel!!!!

The amenities in the room are very well designed and environmentally conscious. Clothes hooks on the wall. Reusable pump bottle of shampoo instead of tiny plastic bottles.

They charged my card daily for rates that I didn’t incur due to paying for the room ahead of time because the girl that checked me I messed up my check in. Talked and argued with them every day. They had to send a letter to my bank to get the charges taken off. nothing but a headache. They gave me a hard time about my service animal. Promised me a gift card as a courtesy and I still haven’t received it. Talked to the manager and he accused me of getting the card then lying about it. I have contacted IHG about it. terrible place to stay. beware
