It’s a beautiful home, spacious and clean.

Great space , there was everything you needed in the kitchen, so prepared for everything. Great to have en suites in every room

Great kitchen dining area, perfect for our family get-together. Good central location, close to cosy pubs and supermarket for our winter visit. Easy walking distance to beach.
No doors on en-suites, however after initial surprise not an issue.

So modern and well decorated, welcoming and homely, lots of hot water for showers and baths, well equipped kitchen with toys and games for the children. such good communication with the owners, lots of information provided. location excellent for the sea front. dog friendly and garden perfect.
The house was so warm and cosy but sometimes too warm, we turned the heating down but it kept reverting to the schedule which was set too high. Not much of a negative especially in the winter but due to us being part of a bigger group we all got quite warm in the communal area.

Immaculate and cosy, beds so comfy, showers excellent. Close to town for pubs and restaurants and also to beach. … and to top it off, next door to Filey’s gin distillery !

Deceptively spacious house with beautiful interior and enclosed garden. All bedrooms had ensuites with great showers and one had a bathtub too. House was very well equipped.

Parking , we parked outside property, wgen we first arrived, had a trip out tge next day ,when we returned no were to park , near house , gad to park on pay and display car park .

The house is so well equipped with modern fittings and equipment. The bedrooms are a very good size with on suites. The garden area is superb with seating and BBQ.
Great contact from the owners and the house is a credit to them.

it was very modern we always stay at 4 star places cleanliness is very important for my stay the house had everything you could ask for down to the toys for the kids .
there wasn’t really anything we didn’t like about it . but the shower cubicles could maybe go with a mr muscle pored down them as there was a smell coming from them but it didn’t put us off we loved the house

What a great last minute find! Amazing well fitted house, stunning sunny garden, great beds, all en-suite and the BEST showers in Filey - could have stayed in it all day! Easy to find, quiet location and excellent free parking. Great for families & friends.

Absolutely beautiful holiday home, we had an amazing family holiday. Had everything we needed and more. Loved that we all had our own bathroom with an amazing shower. What a beautiful home you've made.
Parking at the property was stressful at times as there was no spaces when returning from being out for the day.

The property was very modern and clean. Every bedroom had its own en-suite facilities which was fantastic. No need to share bathrooms. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we could have needed. The location was great and within walking distance to Filey shops and seafront and only a short drive to Scarborough. Although there is no off-street parking we never struggled to find parking spaces nearby for two cars. We will definitely return in warmer weather to make use of the lovely garden.

Everything was a very high standard. The location was central and we had no trouble parking all three cars. The enclosed garden was great for the dogs to run safely.
