it was absolutely fabulous and our hosts were kind and very clear about directions and instructions for how to enter and exit the property . It is an amazing property , beautifully presented throughout .

Nothing - everything was perfect!

The rooms are nice, spacious and modern. Especially comfortable is the bathroom. A 10 min walk gets you to the center of the town.

Location was great, 10 minute walk to town centre, really nice room, had everything you needed.

Parking was a bit tight, because of it we had to wait for other to leave and felt like our car was out of bounds.

Hosts went above & beyond when we had vehicle trouble on arrival and had a new part sorted for us in no time at all - thank you so much!! Room was so spacious (Sunset Room) and absolutely beautiful. Everything was superb quality and great attention to detail. Bed was huge & very comfortable, nice crisp sheets. Couldn't hear noise from other rooms or stairs at all. Lovely little surprises like chocolates, bottled water, stocked coffee machine, hair straighteners and dryer, iron & ironing board, all made a difference! We felt like we had everything we needed for our stay. Felt spoilt here on my birthday so thank you very much!

The property is wonderfully modern, with smart decor, without feeling out of place in St Ives. Our room was clean and came with all amenities and appliances we may need for our stay over the weekend. It may look like quite the distance, but with the shortcut beside, it only took 10 minutes for a nice walk to the beachfront. Both Dan and Lorena were very friendly, welcoming and eager to answer any queries or questions we might of had.

Nothing. Although I can imagine that with no air con in the room, it may get hot over peak summertime.

Very nice, stylish and spacious appartment. Very helpful, easy-going hosts. Good parking. Very comfortable bed, good toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities. Great place to stay in St Ives.

A bit pricey for to be honest

Beautiful well equipped and modern studio flat in a modern property with private, enclosed parking. Lovely views over St Ives and only 10 minutes walk to town center. Nice touches from host with bottle of bubbly and some nibbles on arrival and useful well equipped kitchenette.

The views were amazing. Great location! Few minutes walk to the town and beaches

Room was lovely, clean and modern with air con We had Netflix, prime and Disney Tea, Coffee and water was provided

No warning about work men coming the morning we left and waking us up and struggled to get car out when leaving. Didn't see any staff

The property is really clean and modern with absolutely stunning views! Location is awesome - walking distance to Tate Museum, cinema, beach front and great eateries.

To consider having air conditioning during the warmer months? Room got a little stuffy at night.

I would definitely give this place more than 10 points, as everything was even better than we had expected. A very comfortable room, modern design, super clean and close to the sea. The hosts are very responsive and ready to help with anything. We particularly appreciated very nice tea in the room, it was much better than in most hotels!
