La posizione ottima, vicinissimo al centro storico e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Quartiere tranquillo e possibilità di lasciare l' auto nelle vicinanze in un parcheggio gratuito. Stanza molto bene arredata, ampia, pulita e con bagno. Dotata di ogni tipo di comfort, letto comodo, colazione varia e abbondante. Siamo stati benissimo.

Nous sommes restés bloqués à l'extérieur à notre arrivée, sans réponse de la propriété pendant plus de 45 min. Ensuite une fois dans l'établissement le hall d'entrée ressemblait plus à une collocation, machine à laver le linge qui tournais à l'endroit prévu pour les repas, reste du petit déjeuné du matin encore là vers 19.00 heures. Les photos professionnelles de l'endroit pour le petit déjeuner ne sont pas représentatives ! Nous avions réservé trois chambres pour des amis, pour le week-end suivant, que nous avons directement annulée par tél. d'entente avec la propriétaire, qui dans un premier temps voulais nous rembourser, puis c'est rétractée... Nous aurions apprécié un remboursement partiel de sa part!

Posizione ottima perché dotata di parcheggi in zona + vicinanza al centro sia in macchina che a piedi/bici (max 5-10 min). La zona è molto tranquilla essendo un quartiere residenziale: la struttura (un condominio recentemente ristrutturato) si colloca alla fine di un viale con ville Liberty di inizio Novecento, e a poca distanza dal cimitero comunale, il che significa che il silenzio e la tranquillità è sovrana in questa zona! Oltre al fatto che la vicinanza al cimitero offre a disposizione più parcheggi (uno grande gratuito e alcuni a pagamento). La struttura è raggiungibile tramite un vano scala (3° piano) oppure un piccolo montacarichi per max 2 persone. Il locale è diviso in 3 camere e un'area comune, dove è presente un lavello, un forno, un ampio ripiano (dove sono servite le colazioni) e una lavatrice. Le camere dispongono di un piccolo bagno ben attrezzato (la doccia è fantastica)! Ho trovato il letto molto comodo e, essendo a fine Ottobre, le coperte e i cuscini hanno tenuto abbastanza caldo. La camera dispone anche di smart TV quindi è super attrezzata. L'insonorizzazione poi è efficiente: non abbiamo sentito rumori né dalle altre camere, né dalla strada, pur essendoci festeggiamenti per via della serata di Halloween!

The location, near the city centre but just off the crowd; it's at walking distance from the main attractions.

The breakfast was not great, with just packaged foodstuff and not big choices.

Room was a little too warm at night as we couldn’t get the aircon to workBreakfast was not as expected Instructions were to collect what you wanted and eat in your room. This was not ideal as there was no table to eat from. selection of food was mainly a selection of prepacked processed food with no fresh food other than a yogurt so not ideal. we booked the room with the balcony but there was no furniture so we didn’t use it.

nothing is negative

I knew the building was under construction when we booked it, but it was still unsettling walking up to it, HOWEVER, we were pleasantly surprised once we got into the accommodations. It was very comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are lovely - updated, modern and very comfortable. The rooms were also very quiet. The location was convenient too. It was nice to have access to the kitchen facilities as well.

There are 3 rooms and wasn't sure if someone was in the 3rd room or not. Hoped we weren't too loud getting early morning breakfast in shared space.

The design and decor of the place is lovely and well thought through. We LOVED the bedding and the bed. I meant to ask where did they get it from :)

At the time of our stay there was a scaffolding on the building. Every morning at 8/8:20am the drilling and the banging started. Was very unpleasant.

Naomi was very helpful in getting into the property. bed comfy, room clean.

I was made aware the property would have scaffolding up but the noise of the building work was so loud and would start early each morning including the Saturday and Sunday. the breakfast options were ok but the toaster didn’t work and there was no milk on my final morning

The rooms are very clean, the decor is beautiful and modern and the bed was one of the most comfortable I had ever slept in!

It's a 3rd floor walk-up and the person I was in contact with had a bad English which caused us to miss breakfast there (left around 830 and the breakfast is prepared especially)
