Facilities were first class and lots of space for the six adults and four children. Equipment in the property was excellent and of top quality. All Furniture and TV etc was also of top quality. It was close to the seafront and easily within walking distance.
The location was on a busy road and roundabout. The pictures didn't indicate this but a bit of research would have clarified.
The main living are was on the first floor and with young toddlers a stair gate system would have been appreciated, as it required constant monitoring.

Excellent accommodation. We had a really comfortable stay here. The house is spacious and well located, only 12 minutes walk from the beach. The kitchen had all the facilities that we needed. The house was child friendly, with a safe garden outside to play, a cot and high chair. The rooms were very comfortable and there were plenty of toilets and showers for us all. The living area was spacious with comfortable seats. It was a lovely space for us to relax in. A great place to stay with family or friends, we would definitely stay again!

Very nice property and very well kept and clean.Plenty of space for 8 people.Tesco close by and 15 min walk to Portstewart.

Fantastic TV and very cool electric fire with multicoloured flames!
Location is at a busy roundabout but inside the house is quiet. Possibly not suitable for young children as the living area is upstairs and there is a large dining table made from glass,so just something to bear in mind with kids!

Location was great close to beach which we went to every day

Great to have washing machine and tumble dryer there which we needed
Couldn’t fault it
Early check out at 10 which didn’t give us much time to do the list of jobs that was requested before we left (all bins to be emptied, all dishes to be washed and all beds to be stripped etc)

Beautiful modern house will 5 equal sized bedrooms which were ideal for a large family group. Very well equipped. Communication was excellent.

Incredibly modern and clean property. Great location just a short walk to the lovely strand. Very close to giants causeway and Carrick a rede. And parking included too

Absolutely stunning property. Very modern and sleek design. Beds are extremely comfortable. Sea Breeze is very central to all the amenities in Portstewart. It is just a short walk to the Strand beach alongside Portstewart Golf Club. It is also a 10 minute walk to the Promenade which has lots of bars, cafes and restaurants.
Kitchen is very well equipped if you’d rather cook at home in the evenings. The entire property was very clean, spacious and comfortable.
Myself and my family would highly recommend this property. We in fact tried to book another stay (before we left!) during the Summer but unfortunately couldn’t make our dates work.
