the view

the fireplace never worked we called multiple times. we rented this for the view while sitting in front of the fireplace. the staff that you call we had an issue that resulted in us speaking to supervisor. the fireplace was never resolved so we could enjoy the house needs to be cleaned better. floors counters in we’re not clean, lights in bathroom had an inch of dust, the refrigerator had no light and same with the stove we told the repair man and customer service. they were not fixed. the sink when turning on the faucet the spray would shoot out and leak. we were told we’d get a credit for the fireplace never working. I even called on the 24th but no one called me back and no credit. I can not in good conscience recommend your company or this home until I see some kind of resolution.
