Location. The waitress at the bar was very helpful and friendly and we enjoyed the hors doeuvres we ordered with our drinks

The beds were uncomfortable, the AC spit out black, flecks which appeared to be ashy. No coffee in the morning and when I asked if they could refill the urns the front desk staff said they could not. Outdoor pool was not very clean. The pull out couch mattress was so thin the 2nd individual ended up sleeping in the queen bed with me. When I went down to the front desk to request another room I was told there was no others

Resort was beautiful. Great location. Wasn't busy.

Beds were very very uncomfortable. Sore neck and back each morning. Higher quality was expected from a resort facility. In room coffee was not quality. And no room service was given. Had to ask for stuff at the desk. Towels coffee creamer. Nothing telling us we had to request room service.. No mini fridge in room. For extra expense one was available but I can get one at a day's inn for that type of room. Pool and hot tub was closed due to lightning but there was none in the area. Very disappointed about that.

I had an issue with my booking, but David at the Front desk was really helpful and thankfully everything was resolved the level of customer service was exceptional. I arrived really late and Peter at the front desk was great so kind and gentle. The room was perfect and spotless. Thank you so much.

no food / restaurants around. no water in the room, no room service. felt like it was just a bed to sleep in. no comfort at all. staff was mediocre and not accommodating to my wants and requests.

our room was overheated, which caused us to sleep with the patio door opened and closed throughout the night to regulate the room temperature

There's an outdoor pool but no bathrobes. A steam room but no steam. A fireplace in the lobby but no fire. A kitchenette in the room but no fridge. A ski resort nearby but hardly any snow. However, if you set your expectations to the right level (you already knew you weren't in Aspen, right?), it can be a pleasant experience.

Great room. We had the deluxe king suite. Full fridge and kitchen. Very spacious for us 2. Hot tub was nice and it's outside.views were great! Can't wait to see it with snow all over. Restaurants and breweries were also great.

We wanted to do the summit zip line and couldn't. Highly recommend booking well in advance. They fill up fast

Breakfast was only downfall. Site was nice. I would recommend it.

not enough lounge chairs by the pool. one big family group occupied all the chaises although the pool area had plenty of space to add more and accommodate all pool visitors
