Location. It is in Waikiki, but not in the middle.

The room was not ready. The bed was not made, dirty towels and linens in bags on one of the beds, nor was there any coffee filters, soap, or toilet paper. We called to report and had a bit of difficulty getting through. When the two ladies came, they were very efficient and apologetic. They were out of there in a few minutes. They did come in to clean an extra time for our inconvenience.

The location was convenient. However, it is located about two blocks from a Biki bike station (the rental bicycles). If you’re okay with walking it is in a good location. Parking is included in spot #66. Would have been more convenient to know the parking space number upon arrival.

I did not like that this unit is a condo, within a hotel. The unit is literally a hotel room. It is no different than any of the other rooms within the hotel, however this has its own private owner. So in this case, when I needed additional towels and TP during my stay, the hotel was unable to help and I had to reach out to the owner? This was not made clear AT ALL in the booking. No turndown service so the room was not cleaned all week. The bathroom sink would not drain fast enough and would fill with water. The shower curtain was so light that the air pressure pushes it into you while you shower. The patio door was off the track so the street noise was very loud.

location was good - located across from Hilton Hawaiian village. the dedicated parking spot was great

Liked the free parking, which is very hard to come by in Waikiki. Also liked the location, a five minute walk from the Hilton where my conference was. I also liked that they gave me a partial refund because the booking.com description was inaccurate as there is no kitchen.

There was no kitchen. It was unclear whether we could use the hotel beach towels. We have friends on Oahu so we just borrowed from them. Never did figure out the TV.

parking was easy, beds comfortable, felt safe, good if used as just a hotel room and not looking for anything special

tub was 2/3 the size of a normal shower. potty seat was broken ( but repaired when we notified), limited towels and toilet paper so used laundry mat to wash towels and bought more TP.

The hotel was nice, the location was great, the room was nice.

The service was slow, the response was not great either, never got the tea cups i asked for 2x, the toilet sit was broken, no enough toilet paper.

They didn’t give us breakfast.

It wasn’t ocean view room.

within the busy streets, I enjoyed sightseeing the city view.
