We loved everything from our arrival to our departure. The hotel personnel was very welcoming and attentive, breakfast very tasty incl egg variations, pancakes, waffles, smoothies, birchermuesli and much more. Our apartment was indeed spacious, spotless clean with beautiful views on the mountains. The hotel is situated in a quiet street opposite of the church - be ready to hear the bells:)
More of a recommendation from our side. The first would be to have the hotel personnel wear t-shirts with Matthew logo on it and the second to establish a presence on social media like Insta or FB.

Tolles neues Hotel, sehr stilvoll, aber gemütlich eingerichtet mit gutem Frühstück und sehr freundlichem Personal. Sehr familiäre Atmosphäre. Danke nochmal für den angenehmen - nun dritten - Aufenthalt.

The staff was outstanding. they were so nice and helpful and really made our stay. the pool and back yard are wonderful for the kids. And breakfast is delicious

It was one of the best hotel I visited in Europe.
Very modern, everything new, high quality and clean. There's indoor and outdoor pool and very good and rich breakfast.
Wagrain is pretty good place to stay while touring the area. There was some bad traffic everyday in the entrance, but most of the time it was not a big problem

If you want some relaxing days among mountains, with no particular temptation, The Matthew Copper Lodge is a perfect choice. It's quite a new property, well-designed. Copper also comes back in tiny details (beautifully and perfectly cared for). They have a small lake in the garden and a good-sized pool to refresh. The breakfast is quality food, and enough variety to choose from. The staff is kind and helpful.

absolutely lovely from top to bottom, staff was great and very helpful, Anna and jaro in-particular. spa was great and only a minutes walk to the flying Mozart chair lift.
pool water could be a bit hotter other wise that’s it

The rooms were nice and enough space for a family of four. Very friendly staff. Close to Grafenberg and Flying Mozart Lifts - Ski bus station less than 200m away but also in walking distance. Raclette (needs to be ordered) was really really good.
Pool temperature was bit lower than "advertised" - understandable given the curren circumstances.

The Matthew is only one year old and is build and decorated to the latest standards. Very comfortable and stylefull.
The staff is very friendly and has the same positive energy from 07:30h in the morning till 23:00h in the evening.

Lovely property, new, beautiful design, friendly staff, spacious nice rooms with all necessary facilities. Awesome spa area with an indoor/outdoor pool. Plenty of breakfast options with Prosecco and A la carte menu. There is no restaurant yet in the morning you can book Raclette or Fondu for the evening and they will do a nice set up for you.
Ski lifts are reachable by foot.
If the hotel wasn’t fully booked for the next night, we would have extended our stay :) till next time!
Accepting pets would be a suggestion.

Very good place, spacious stylish rooms, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast and taste fondue in the evening)
The heating wasn’t working during the first night, but the staff helped. The window in one of the bathrooms looks directly to the other building windows and has no curtain or,so there was not enough privacy. But I hope the staff manages it later.

Everything is nicely designed, very comfortable and beautiful. Amazing staff, always nice and helpful. We wouldn’t change a thing!
The only thing that would be great to add in the future would be a restaurant/option to order food at the facility.

Absolutely everything! The facilities are new, extremely clean and have a great style. The staff is always smiling and ready to fulfil every wish. The views from the room and the hotel are awesome.
