Breakfast buffet was excellent! The grounds are lovely.

The jacuzzi in the first room we had didn't work, but staff moved us to another room where it did work. But there are some maintenance issues in this older hotel. Still sweet place.

Restaurant staff at dinner were rude and indifferent

The hotel is close to INEGI where I had to work. The breakfast is ok, but compared with what it used to be some years ago in my last stay, it has decreased a lot in quantity and quality of options

A number of "small" things that are nevertheless annoying. The card key of my room was blocked every time I left the hotel facilities, i.e. I had to ask for a new key each day! Apparently, the management defined that for "security reasons". In my view, they have no idea about hosting. At the fourth day the guy at the reception desk found a way to fix it. The first room they gave me had the sink clogged and the safety box was breached. They geva another one with no light in the working table. Asked for one twice in Reception, they said yes, but never sent it (I stayed for 9 days). One day they took the TV and cable remote controls away without telling me. When I claimed for it the day after, they did not even apologize. The hotel is a beautiful colonial building and is rented for multiple events that take place in the garden. Music and shouts up to 2 am or 3 am. And then you have to listen for one hour or more the service staff removing the set up.

Echoing hallways, not a single sign for people to be respectfull while walking through hallways particularly late at night. Awefully painted surfaces in the room. Poor wifi. leaking toilet in the first room. No floor mats in the bathrooms.

The garden is beautiful and there is a well-kept swimming pool. And the room is bigger than other hotels. There are two double beds, a three-seater sofa, two chairs, two tables, and a bathtub and shower.

It's a bit old, but I like it because it's 17th century style. I don't think it's a 5 star, but it's a good hotel in "Aguascaliente".

Beautiful place and the landscaping was amazing.

Well the bed was very hard and the pillows were very small. The sheets were so so for thread count/softness. The shower leaked out onto the bathroom floor every time we showered. There was no refrigerator in the room. No microwave in the room, had to ask for ice every time wanted some. The pool was not warm it was cool which was cold after awhile of time spent in the pool. Last of all there were only 8 or 10 layout chairs at the pool so when the events start on Thursday there were not enough layout chairs. Over all a good place these items are just nit picking. Weekend could be a little less busy but I understand.
