Great location and lovely facilities. We had 5 adults and 5 children in a 4 bedroom apartment and it was large and quiet enough for it not to feel crowded at all. The apartments are new and clean, and the spa and pool facilities are lovely.

For the price, I would have expected hand soap to be provided in the bathrooms, and tea and coffee to be available in the apartment on arrival. A 5pm checkin and 9.30am checkout is also not ideal, and the pool was closed on Saturdays.

Car parking - despite offering free parking we were charged on exit for the whole week and the process to get a refund is not user friendly so we gave up!

Location is great. The apartments are new and well equipped.

The hotel has an eco friendly focus which is great, but if they're using eco products they should still ensure bed linen is clean and stain free. Our bed linen had all kinds of marks which didn't make it feel clean at all. The hotel also offers residents to do the after-stay cleaning themselves, instead of paying a 120eur cleaning fee. This again didn't make me trust that our apartment was very clean, generally. The spa can get quite noisy at times - there should be some kind of rule enforced by hotel staff to minimise noise.

Absolutely beautiful apartment with floor to ceiling windows, excellent quality of furnishings, everything was of a high standard and beautifully decorated. In terms of location you can’t beat it. Next to the shops and restaurants and you couldn’t get more of a ski in ski out location you ski right from and to the door.

Some hand soap would have been useful in the bathrooms

Could do with thinner duvets as was boiling at night even with heating off and windows open.

Accommodation clean and new. Plenty of equipment, spa area clean, staff helpful and friendly. Room sizes good for location and type except for the bunk room which was tiny and not suitable for adults.

Bunk room too small and poorly appointed with too few sockets for charging .

Excellent apartment in a brilliant location. Would highly recommend.

expected a lot more for the high price we paid apartment for 8 (no 71) is too small for 8 people the 4th room is a closet that just fits a bunk bed and no room at all to be able to even get dressed only 2 sofas that seat 4 for an apartment for 8 very noisy from upper floors due to tiled floors no extras like a dish towel, rubbish bin bags, hand soap, extra roll of toilet paper, paper towel no luggage trolleys to help move bags and groceries very complicated and stressful to move large bags and groceries from underground garage through 3 lots of doors and passages to get to elevator garage very small and very complicated to drive in and out of with big car no warning when given plastic key cards that you must pay €20 if one is lost (these hotel style plastic cards are easily replaceable) some rooms didn’t have cupboards and those that did were very very small problems with locks on bathroom doors and people got stuck in bathrooms fire alarms kept going off have to pay €5 per wash in the machines / should be free for the price you pay
