TV and breakfast.

Room was so small! Not at àll what was adveŕtised. We had to tàkè out our oŵn tràsh. No tissues, Outside our window was a construction. So NO VIEW at all. Just new towels just onè time. Checkèd in on Monday checked out on. Friday. Room was neveŕ çleaned!!!. We had to go òut ànð buypillows the 4 ones on bed were màde foŕ toddlers.

The location is excellent! It's within walking distance of lots of shops and many restaurants. We went Locals for dinner, which has a varied menu with local sourced ingredients. The front staff was very friendly and helpful. Free parking available. Good lighting in rooms for reading, an exception these days!

Breakfast was ok. No problems. Good location. Helpful staff.

The noise beside hotel was bad. The street repairs started around 5am. Not good. Don’t like to walk in the elements to the parking garage.

Had to call to get directions to hotel since streets were closed.

Great location, but that's the only outstanding feature. Otherwise, the room was mediocre with minor problems. For example, the bathroom door didn't fit properly in its frame and therefore couldn't be closed quietly. (Closing the door meant waking one's roommate.) Also, the heater/AC didn't work. Had the outside weather been warmer or colder, that would have been a serious problem. Given the price and location, though, the room was OK for a 1-night stay.
