The place is practical to see the city, but has nothing exceptional. For one or 2 nights, it's ok. .

Super flexible and nice crew - typical Brazilian Northeast Breakfast Buffet exceeded my expectations - very good cost/benefit.

Accommodations are a bit older in structure - but It has fresh new big beds and good A/C - as mentioned above, a great cost/benefit. Perfectly fine if you just want a safe place to stay and sleep well. If you're the type of person that likes to take "fancy instagram" pictures this is not your spot - if you're a simple human being that needs a comfy bed to sleep and a good breakfast before going around - it'll be fine.

Wifi is absolutely unusable. Nothing's changed despite multiple complaints. Breakfast foods aren't labeled and kitchen crew seemed uninformed of the ingredients. The bedroom walls were writen on and had several holes on them. Water stopped working and somehow the crew implied we did something wrong. Turned out to be their pump they had issues. The door was left unlocked after cleaning. There was no cutlery on arrival and only one cup. Took 3 days for them to bring more. Bedding was inconsistent, sometimes we would have sheets, sometimes we wouldn't. Bedding had holes and marks.

The hotel personnel is amazing. The location is ok.

The breakfast is really well-served but with non nutritious food. It is in majority very sweet cakes with sweet sauces. The Wi-Fi in the room is really bad and I was suprised about that since I called before my reservation to ask whether the connection was good because I needed to work remotely. The most important point is the water heater that is INSIDE the shower box. Not once, but twice it exploded while I was showering. The first time it happenned, I was upgraded to a "better room" where the exact same situation happened again. Hopefully, that second time, I was on the leave.

Wifi didn't work at all!!!!. Standard rooms are not great. Only one outlet. There was no room service. Eating in the room was a really bad experience (no tables), there was no garbage can in the room, nor in the floor. Breakfast was just okay. Working in the room was also almost impossible.
