The cottage was just absolutely perfect! Perfect size, facilities, location, everything!

I felt welcomed the minute I drove through the gate. The cottage was warm and cosy and spotlessly clean. The complimentary milk, wine, water & chocolates were a lovely touch. The view was spectacular & the place was peaceful.
A thick warm blanket would have been good :)

Presentation was excellent. Creative decor and pleasant surrounds.
Bathroom was a bit squeezy. It would have been helpful to be provided with instructions for the comprehensive shower/spa/radio.

The cabin and our experience was well above average: new, clean, comfortable, and very well equipped (incl. reverse cycle air-con, coffee pod machine, comfortable bed, wifi) and stocked (teas, coffees, milk, and a complimentary bottle of good wine).
We especially enjoyed the deck overlooking the paddocks, trees, ponds, and distant hills (the cabin is in an exceptionally beautiful and peaceful rural setting) and a night sitting around the fire pit (firewood provided).
The shower, WC, and access to the comfortable bed are all a little tight.

Delightful unit with everything we needed for our getaway with exceptionally clean outdoor area. Hosts were easy to contact and even warmed the unit up for our arrival (chilly weekend!). We will definitely be visiting again.

Beautiful location, clean and well-appointed studio. Loved the backyard and the outdoor sitting area.
There was no fly screening installed on the front door, which makes it difficult to leave the door open.

Amazing place amazing reception in a beautiful setting could t ask for much more for a couples weekend away with the pooch. Highly recommend!

There was a bottle of wine and a litre of milk already in the fridge when we arrived and air conditioner was turned on so the place was nice and cool.
Plenty of loo paper and toletries were made available for our use.
Kitchen was stocked with the basics - cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment, even coffee pods and nice instant coffee
Bed was comfortable with plenty of spare bedding as it got cool at night
Yard wasn't as secure as it could have been which meant we couldn't leave the dog alone outside

Picturesque surroundings. Quiet at night with remarkble starry sky. Close to Racecourse Flora Reserve, where you can see diverse wildflowers.
Recieving a bottle of complimentary fine wine was a surprise!

Anahita Studio was ideal for our 3 night stay. It was clean and comfortable and decorated nicely. It is in a nice, quiet location, close to Balinyup. The heating had been turned on prior to our arrival, so the studio was warm and inviting. The wine and chocolates were appreciated.

Wonderful views on a serene location on a farm. Very comfortable bed. Janet switched on the heating before we arrived on a cold wet day so it was very welcoming. You can walk down to the marron ponds and listen to the wind in the trees and the sound of water. The track to flora racecourse reserve walks starts just outside the farm turn off. Wonderful place to recharge. There is no internet so you also get a digital detox. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful view overlooking paddocks. Quiet and relaxing, close to town, walks trail across the road, clean, comfortable and fenced yard for the dog.

beautiful and tranquil farm stay, loved that we could bring our little pup along for the stay and we loved the little additions chocolate/wine and the coffee 💛 had a very relaxing stay and would definitely recommend

Perfect secure enclosed yard for pets (even our border collie). Toasty warm. Charcoal bbq is high quality. Amazing views from the porch. Great location for heading out to the walking trails.

The position of the studio with great views looking down the valley at the pastures, trees and grazing cows. It was cold when I stayed so the heater was much appreciated. Warmed up the place nicely. Nice outdoor area plus a fire pit. The studio is less than a 10min drive into town. The mushroom bakery/ cafe does a really good breakfast and the bakers sausage rolls and pies are some of the best - yummy. The coffee is good as is across the road at Mr.Fosters.
