Location is ideal for short walk in to town and parking is a bonus. Lovely modern apartment and comfy bed. Very clean. Coffee and tea were provided which is a nice touch. Great place to stay would recommend.

No bottle opener or can opener could do with few more kitchen utensils

Location, parking, spacious layout, clean, good shower in bathroom. Quiet area and literally few minutes walk into town.

Lack of soft furnishings in lounge area, quite echoey, no mirror in bedroom, problems with central heating as batteries low on life in the stat control panel, sink in bathroom took ages to drain. A king size bed would be better and more comfortable.

boiler was not workibg so no heating or hot water,, no alternative was offered, and still trying to get a refund. boiler had not been service since 2021 so unfit to occupie

Good location and cleanliness

Found damage in places had to report in case I would be made liable. The covers of a light switch as an example, also marks on walls. High extra charges and bit of late check-in and early checkout.

Fantastic stay no downside

Complained straight away regarding smoke alarm continually sounding girl on the phone apologized and said they would sort it straight away. After 2 further phone calls still apologies but not actions this continued for the 3 days we stayed couldn't stay in at all and sleep owing to the beeps every 60 seconds, complained by email many time requesting action until finally asked for compensation for our inconvenience then the emails stopped strangely no correspondence other than standard " How was your stay?". There was no on site maintenance person for such occasions, would like to have a response from Belove for this honest appraisal then I will post an update to my opinions.

Layout was great for our needs = the fact that there were 3 of us the sofa bed was important. Location close to the town centre was great. Assistance with booking was very good particularly as it was a late booking

Too confusing access , too meny email form's to read, lots of red tape for the non-intenet savvy, ( could've been signing my soul away). Had a stressful day car brakdown, nowhere to stay with kids with bank holiday weekend.

The decor was amazing and modern. The bed was lovely and comfortable. And the bathroom was brilliant.

The sofa was lovely looking but very uncomfortable. And having no TV in the bedroom.

It would have been good to be able to have the towel rail on in the bathroom to air and heat our towels. A caserole dish to make something in, and a dish cloth. These aren't major, but would have been good. Otherwise great!

Self catering, secure parking and accommodation; comfortable walk to the centre. A pleasant local (pub) nearby. The building used to be a school and was architecturally interesting. The property was spacious, clean,,and quiet with plenty of space.

The can opener was broken which was a nuisance briefly (we bought another the next day) The main gripe was that there was no way you could keep the daylight out of the bedrooms-no curtains, only useless blinds. For me that would put me off returning.

The flat was generally good, well equipped and certainly all that we would need for our stay.

The booking process was seriously flawed and having traveled from Dundee to Shrewsbury we arrived at the gate unable to get in. The initial phone call to Manchester simply wanted to put all the blame onto us. and they were unable/unwilling to do anything about it! The 'problem' was that we had not been able to pay the £100 damage deposit required. This despite a phone call from myself at the time of booking when I explained that the link provided in the email did not work - I was able to provide proof of who I was etc as required but no means to make the deposit. The person I spoke to confirmed all was OK and this was later followed up with an Email I then received confirming everything was OK. It took well over an hour to gain entry after many conversations, fortunately, eventually a conversation with a more senior manageress sorted things out. Car parking ended up somewhere else on a road outside the flats above the garage. The space was accessed by reversing along some 100 yards with literally only inches on either side of the car. In fact much the same as the road leading to the flats - just a bit scary! The Flat itself was OK, but fair to say that the bed was both small and the mattress was soft, to say the least. The hot water wasn't working when wanting a shower - eventually worked out that the main fuse for the boiler had tripped; Additionally, the shower surface was very slippery and frankly dangerous (H&S); the TV didn't work - that was because the remote needed batteries; there weren't any instructions on how to use the oven or the microwave. Fair to say that there weren't any instructions at all in the accommodation.

This apartment is perfect. Very spacious, extremely well equipped, clean and smells lovely and fresh. Both bedrooms are comfy and cozy and both have luxurious en-suites with shampoo/bodywash/toilet paper, everything you need. The kitchen is also fresh and modern and well equipped. Make sure you read and follow the picture instructions for the gate, main door and apartment door, it was like working out an escape room puzzle and my kids loved it!! Its a great high end, good spec apartment, within walking distance of town, feels safe and secure and I would definitely rebook for my family as well as recommend to others. We had a great stay here.

It would be an advantage if every apartment had their own key fob for the main gate as this can be a bit stressful when trying to leave and the fob hadn’t been returned. Mirrors in the bedroom for drying your hair etc. would be a bonus but this is not a criticism as overall it was fab.

Really modern property in an okay location and it was very clean.

Couldn’t get the hot water working in the shower - so only cold showers available.

The day night blinds in the bedroom weren’t blackout so between a streetlight directly outside and dawn around 5am sleepless nights and early rising were the norm. Parking space was too tight for our car so parked on the street where there were always spaces . Felt the bedroom warranted a larger bed king size or above

It’s very clean and the oil, vinegar and rice are prepared. It is a good experience for living in.

Well.layout apartment. Good communication with the owners. Central location with free parking. Easy access to Shewsbury town with its shopping, bars & restaurants. Easy walk, to get to Let's Rock shewsbury (10 min).

There is only one mirror in the whole apartment which was in the bathroom.

Too hot - could not make cool - 26.5 degrees at night!

no mirror in bedroom - only 2 hangars in wardrobe - bed could easily be a king size walk into town is through fairly rough area - wouldn’t want to do it in the dark - we got a cab back £8.70 tv only has Netflix no live itv/bbc
