The environment and facilities in room.

The management.. It's quite difficult to check in with car... Pls improve how to get check in with smooth instruction especially for those who first time

Cockroaches everywhere, the bed was not comfy at all, the water had no filter and tasted iron-like, the bathroom hose was leaking and noisy the whole night, The resolution to the cockroaches was cockroach spray???????? Unbelievable and would not recommend (30/7/2023)

Cause location nearby Putrajaya & Shah Alam.

Smells so bad..need to put some perfume nearby air-conditioning to avoid bad smelled..

no response from the owner and booking.com side when i ask about city tax (city tax should only be paid by tourist not local) I'M A LOCAL! my car was clamped on the 2nd night. had to paid rm50 fine

Very convenient as it was just 100 metres from my meeting venue. Apartments were spacious with queen bed with firm matress and soft/ hard pillows, cooking and laundry facilities. Residents had common respect for each other and created a very peaceful and quiet environment.

Few lights were not working in lounge area and TV not coming on.

Have no reception at counter. Parking is so bad. We have to spend much time to find out our parking.
