Location was great
When removing the pillow cases at the end of the trip the pillows were very dirty. Maybe put a clean pillow cover over the pillow before putting a clean pillow case on. The blender isn’t that great.

I liked that the house was easy to find and the lock box was easy to locate. Unfortunately it didn't have the key.
Overall, the home was beautiful. Very comfortable with every amenity you could need. There was easily enough space for everyone to sleep and move around without bumping into each other. The internet worked great, too, despite there being 6 of us using it.
According to the messages I received, the keys were supposed to be in the lock box to the right of the door. The lock box was exactly where it was indicated and the code opened it with minimal hassle (I broke a nail getting it open though). However, the key was not inside. We looked around and found an additional lock box downstairs attached to the door leading into the garage. The code I was originally given for the upstairs lock box did not work, but we could hear keys inside. We called customer service 3 times, because we lost the call after being on hold for half an hour. I messaged the property about it as well and never received a response. Eventually we got through to customer service, they verified my identity, and gave me the code to the lock box. It had two keys inside, which worked to get us into the house. It took almost an hour and we got inside around 5 PM.
The customer service via messaging is absolutely dreadful. I don't think there's a real person who reads or responds to the messages at all. It made things kind of stressful to be honest.
After messaging the property about the issue with the keys (and getting it resolved with the help of customer service on the phone), there was no response about the keys at all. The following day, around 10 AM, I received a message saying my stay would have to be canceled due to a leak in the house and they would move me to a different property or refund the remainder of my stay. It said it was urgent and to respond immediately, so I did. I asked how they knew there was a leak, as we didn't notice one - they also never specified the type of leak - and that we had been in the unit since 5 PM the following day. I asked them to respond if we needed to switch locations and said that I'd prefer not to after the hassle of getting into the place. They never responded.
On the day of check out, I got a generic automated message asking for me to leave a review.

House was very clean and check in was easy. Two well located rooms and plenty of space.
The only problem for me was no toaster, no sachets of sugar, salt or pepper. i don’t expect too much but at the very least it would be good to have those.
There was no orientation as to what was around. Not a restaurant or market suggestion. Obviously I have an iPhone but still some brochure or something would have been nice.
