was clean but smelled like cigarettes to strong

They did have a fridge and microwave....the location was good....
You had to make your own bed, change sheets etc...and clean the air conditioner...it smelled like mildew....the handle for the hot water was broken in the bathtub...
Too many people banging on Walls and loud noises when it was definitely late out.....

Close to hwy making convenient to reach various destinations. Plenty of eateries.
The adjacent room door faces your entry door and they're too close.. I could smell Marijuana coming from the other room when entering the vestibule.

It was filthy and unfinished. they said that we were in a recently renovated room but is was outdated and disgusting. there was no toilet paper holder and the towel rack was ripped off the wall.

when we checked in our room had not been cleaned … I didn’t get the room I paid for .

Did not get breakfast. The location is very convenient as it is near stores, restaurants and mall.
I had to clean the room when arrived. Floors, bathroom and kitchenette counters were dirty. Also there was no lock to secure the door. Anyone could walk in on you.

It was close to everything
There was trash all over the floor. The floors were very dirty. The towels that were suppose to be clean were dirty. The tub has someone’s hair in it. The water from the tub was brown when first first coming from the faucet. There was a bad smell in the hotel.

This hotel never disappoints and now makes me feel I owe loyalty to them because of how great they are for example this is the first ever and only hotel I'm comfortable to use the blankets and bed sheets I've stayed in more then a few rooms there and can say the same for ever room I've stayed in
Night stand would be nice but all there greatness makes that not even matter

Always a great stay I have been stay 1 to 2 nights every weekend for about a month now and have booked my stay for the next 3 weekends the stay is always great from letting me check out an HR late without charge to no charge for a cancellation booking mistake I made and that all the staff first and night shift me experience with super lodge is always consistent I know what I going to get from them which is why I continue to stay with them I'd rather a awesome staff an a comfortable stay before a expensive stay with rude staff anyway they know how to gain a repeating customer!!!!!
Only the is the floors but it's hard to keep wood floors perfect anywhere u go

The staff is so helpful from my first stay as well as all my others the bed are so comfortable with clean bedding.
Only bad thing the floor could be swept at little although I understand hardwood floor any and everywhere are hard to be kept perfect
