beautiful property perfectly placed by the beach.

the valet is corrupt. I mean that literally. we parked our cars in the drive to offload baggage to our room and when we came back the guy wanted $30 a vehicle. I asked the guy about the sign next to him saying $4 for the first hour and he said it was “out dated”. I asked to speak to his boss and the guy said he would go get him. Of course he never came back. the next day he came to our room demanding that we pay him $120 for watching the cars the day before. Again I asked for the manager and he left. We left one of the vehicles out front on the street to run upstairs and grab bags. by the time we came back down the car was gone. The meter maid near by said she had just ticked our car as it was being towed. The valet guy when we asked him if he had seen it said, “I guess you should have paid”. I spent $180 getting the rental out of the impound and $46 on a ticket. Watch out for the valet at this place.

Best place to stay in. Great area! The owner had great communication with me.

The toilet bowl was leaking a bit everytime it flushed so we had to put towels down to soak the water up.

It was very clean, it even had breakfast beverages, coffee, tea different types, it was an amazing place. Loved it!! I would stay there again and again.

The only thing that I didn't like was that it only had one parking space and we had 2 cars, therefore, we had to park 1 of the cars in an outside parking that was very expensive.

I liked the place!

Communication with host could've been better, you need information for check in that was not given and the contact number did not work.

Property was beautiful. It has a great ocean view. The host was great with communication answer all questions in a timely manner. The place was clean and comfortable. The staff at the door was very accommodating. I had a group of 8 ladies on a girls trip and they where very gracious in helping us get settled. The location was assemble to shopping and great restaurants to dine. I look forward to my next trip and will book again.

The only in issue is there was only one key and allowed only one parking space. I had two vehicles because of our group size so, the other vehicle had to park else where. They offer valet but, the cost per day is a little steep.

It was just what we wanted for location (in the city, ocean view, quick access to Key Biscayne and Little Havana, close to public transportation). We really liked the pool area (there are two pools and a hot tub). The unit was perfect for our family group with three comfortable bedrooms.

Access in and out of the building was awkward. There was just one key fob, which was needed to get up and down the elevator, into the parking garage, and into the unit. It was especially confusing upon arrival.

check-in was awkward: received the info from the owner only after calling her. the condo desk people were not collaborative at all. the procedure for parking and getting to the apartment is a nightmare, since the fob giving you the freedom to move into the structure is stored in the apartment, at the 30th floor (why shouldn't it be provided at the reception?). the entire procedure generated a lot of stress. the apartment: requires some maintenance (part of the window blinds are missing, trash can in the kitchen was unusable, furniture is essential and requires renovation). it's impossible to sleep on the couch, since the mattress is very thin and you feel the metal structure below
