It was really like in the pictures I loved.
I really have nothing to complain about. The apartment is wonderful

Nothing, couldn’t get in as there was no key in the key box
Everything including the complete lack of response from host when we were unable to get in an no contact since then

I did not even get to check in because there was no key in the lock box! I called and I texted, nobody there to answer me!

For the £60 included in the booking for cleaning, the cleanliness of the kitchen wasn't consistent with the price but... it's not the end of the world!

Facilities were good, modern tv, warm
No one cleaned the room, used towels in bathroom, mucky pots in sink and half full coffees and waters in front room and bedroom, beds used and not changed, bin full of rubbish, i had to get a sleeping bag as no one would answer calls or messages.

It was cosy & clean. No surprises at all as it is exactly what u see in the pictures..actually better! No hassle to check-in. Very spacious & well organised. Very convenient location..in the middle of the town & very close to the train station.
The dishwasher is an option to wash up but for a couple of plates & cutleries, it would be nice if there’s some dishwashing liquid & sponge :) & also some extra toilet papers since we were a group of 4 staying for 3 nights :)

the property was nice the service was crap they never even came to look at our drains only had 1 shower all week as drains was not working

it’s dangerous dirty and unsafe
there is damp all over
we found used chewing gum stuck in lots of places ! the bath does not empty ! windows with boards over them as broken behind ! a huge unsafe piece of wood nailed to the celing in the lounge where a leak has clearly happend and not been sorted ! damp in bedrooms ! damp around the light switches ! the bedsheets was not changed from previous guest as had stains all over them and when opening found blonde hairs in them ( all of us dark haired )
broken handle on bathroom door so unable to close it and if it did close would get stuck in there
used condoms in bedroom draws
tried many times to contact the owner and heard nothing
contacted booking.com to be told no refund would be given only a £25 voucher to be used against future bookings ! absolute joke

Ideal location 👌 everything is on the doorstep, perfect for me and a colleague who were working in Ashford, also good value for the money
Was a bit noisy but always sleep with ear plugs so not a problem

Debris.sticky floor.stink in fridge
When we arrived few bowls was on the floor -water leaking from celling.toilet not working properly
Not possible to close window -wind&cold in room.
From first day we can't use bath because of leaking -problem with pipe under bath probably -this was the reason of leaking down.
Tried to contact with host -any answer .
Asked Booking.com for refund because want to look somewhere else to rent -not received (they pay back £120 )

self catering so no breakfast
in centre of town and where we needed to be. what we noticed about the accommodation was that it needed some repairs. in particular the toilet flush.

Super clean apartment located over first and 2nd floor. Apartment has everything essential
Would have been nice to have some coffee in storage. Flat is a bit loud esp on Saturday night as windows are not double glazed
