Бронировала в букинге через европейскую карту. Приехали поздно вечером, но наш квартира была занята. Мы об этом сообщили и нам через 30 минут предоставили квартиру на первом этаже с выходом в бассейн. На следующий день нас уже переселили в забронированный вариант. Сама квартира с отдельной спальней, как мы и заказывали. Небольшая, но чистая и уютная. Всё для жизни есть начиная от посуды и заканчивая мылом и шампунью. В кондоминимуме есть бассейн, лежаки, тренажерный зал. Расположение для нас было удобно, мы на байке. До пляжа можно дойти за 7 минут. Отдельное спасибо менеджеру. Всегда был на связи. Решал возникающие проблемы. Зарегестрировал нас самостоятельно.

Слышимость! Но, это проблема во всех кондоминимумах. Слышно как бежит вода за стенкой 😁

The swimming pool is really nice. the children like it so much, the room is big enough to stay as the family and there is sofa bed as well.

the room wasn’t that clean where I entered, the refrigerator, the toilet bowl, the wash hand basin in the restroom, the blankets, the balcony, the hand clothes and the kitchen cloth were really stingy. it seemed like it wasn’t cleaned enough and on one check if the room cleaned enough or not, the door between the bedroom and the living/kitchen room was quite uncomfortable to open and walk in. if people don’t mind much about the cleanliness, it was ok to stay for a short holiday.

Resort was fabulous.

Location wasn't great. On the whole South Pattya is a construction site. Getting about was difficult, there are no tuk tuks, a lack of taxis and grab is hit or miss. Pattaya city is so sleazy. Everything is very disjointed. No connect. Also, there is notice at the resort that it is illegal under Thai law to rent out condominiums on daily or weekly rates and that we (the tourist) are liable to 1 year imprisonment and large fines. Imagine these laws are not enforced as the place is full of tourists bit not nice to find out you are breaking the law by being there. Booking Com should not be advertising this resort.

The pool was great and the gym.

We got ants in the room and they forgotten extra quilt. But they came with it later.
