Tea, electric kettle, small fridge and microwave made included. The Tesco around the corner is handy. WiFi was working without problem and owner was helpful.

The road outside is very loud even during early morning hours. A lot of modified cars that make a lot of noise. But that is more of a Birmingham problem.

Very close to airport and within walking distance to a pub and Kfc. Coffee making facilities and basic bathroom. You get what you pay for. Would use again

An ideal overnight stay close to Birmingham Airport

Had problems which resulted from not having local taxi firm card details available. One of the cards shown was based miles away and very nearly caused me to miss my flight. Fortunately there is a Tescoe store 500 meters away that have good communication with a local taxi company who were able to come to my assistance.

The room was very clean, and the heating facilities were excellent!

I stayed in the Deluxe room which is at the rear of the property, so it was away from the road noise. I think it has been quite recently renovated and was freshly done. The room is a great size (larger than the front apartment) and was very clean and had everything you need for a short stay. The bathroom and shower were great. It was warm and I found the bed to be comfortable. The TV only has Netflix (for which I don’t have an account) and You Tube which for some might be a problem, though it didn’t bother me personally. Great value for money this close to the Airport and NEC etc.

It was only at night time that I experienced issues. The fridge in the room is very loud when it kicks in and woke me up a few times through the night. The sound insulation is not great. The bathroom from the front apartment and I’m guessing the kitchen from the main house are adjacent so every time someone turned a tap on or flushed the loo you can hear it quite loudly, unfortunately on my first night I was awoken at 4:30 am and 6:30 by someone using the bathroom next door for quite some time. This really isn’t a problem when you’re awake, but at night time everything is much louder and once you are awoken, it’s difficult, for me at least, to be able to drop back to sleep. The other apartment wouldn’t have this issue as the bathroom for the deluxe room is at the very back and doesn’t adjoin any of their walls.

the property was clean and very quiet, 10 mins from the airport, and on-site car parking.able to take bags from car straight into room no stairs.

the noise from the fridge. as it was quiet in the nights the noise from the fridge was really noticeable. the bed was firm. this is more personal choice, we found the bed too hard to have a comfortable night sleep.
