Modern facilities

The sheets were dirty, smelly and stained. The towels were yellowish and the sliding bathroom door was hard to open.

New facility but ver poorly maintained.

The staff was great! Gayla tried to compensate but I booked thru Booking.com. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND OF SOME AMOUNT

The room was spacious and the bed slept well.

The breakfast was under cooked and we only ate once. The manger was rude prior to our stay and would not let us cancel. The cleaning staff was out of towels each time we asked.

Check-in and Check-out staff were super knowledgeable about the area and very friendly. Cleanliness was apparent throughout hotel common premises. My bedroom and bathroom appeared very clean, too. Other guests were very polite which always is a good thing - why not be courteous to fellow travelers?

Have stayed at Hampton Inns for over 20 years while traveling the US. Hampton Inn is my go-to hotel they never disappoint.

I had to bring my dog and informed the host that it was a service dog and had my certification and card for my dog. She charged me $75 for my dog and said it did not matter if I had the certification. This was the first time I have had to travel with my dog so I was unaware that I was not to be charged for the dog.

Great hotel. Breakfast was very good. Very quiet. It stormed the whole night. You couldn't tell unless you looked out the window. Would stay here again if i get the opportunity.
