The staff was nice and attentive. They even let me use some of their facilities after checkout. They lent me extra towels and soap.
The bathroom could have been better. The electric shower shocked my wife, there might be some grounding issus.

The hotel is conveniently located between the center and the main road on the way to the airport. Breakfast is ok, cook is friendly. Private parking is good for extra security.
The beds were uncomfortable and the bedding was not as clean as could be expected for the price. Other guests were noisy and the place itself has bad acoustics and nobody to ensure good guest practices are respected (no front desk staff). Lots of stairs make it unsuitable for older people or those with accessibility needs or big suitcases.

The only thing that I liked was breakfast even though they served very little for the price that I paid.
I didn't like anything in this hotel. The guest service staff was rude. No direction to the room, no information regards any service that is available to the customer. For the amount of money that I paid for this hotel I was expecting something decent instead this hotel felt like a one star hotel more of a motel vibe. To even point out that the taxi drivers didn't know this hotel location with it's current name because it has been changed so many times. Horrible experience and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The property is clean and the room is of good size and comfortable. Its a little bit off the path but it’s a quick 10 mins walk to the cathedral or the tourist center in town. The Co-owner Walesca has been very gracious in helping me. she’s very responsive and made sure someone is in contact with me to arrange a taxi as my flight got in at 2am for the pickup. She’s also very helpful and even drove me to the bus station and helped me buy my ticket and told the people there to take care of me for my trip to a different city. I had a great experience and will definitely stay there again!
There’s really anything to dislike. Just a note to light sleeper that the sound insulation is not great in the entire region, so if you are sound sensitive or a very light sleeper like me, be sure to bring your earplugs.

Reception area was OK. Private, gate parking was good.
Shower with electrical shower head that actually shocked me, walls paper thin, could hear everything in neighboring rooms, you could see in the room through the door edges, pool seemed dirty at the bottom, other guests entered my room while I was in bed because staff gave them key to my room, could hear critters in one of the walls.
