Poor service

Too bad and booking amount is 566 /- and amount was taken on counter -700/- this is not fair. I asking to counter person. He say that it is rule in this lodge.

After booking for two nights, Saturday & Sunday. We went at early morning on Sunday, We have to wait for half an hour to get ordinary single room for fresh up. Our actual room was given on Sunday afternoon.

I was booked room through booking.com on 28.12.22 for 1 night., but the hotel management person caused much inconvenience regarding room allotment and not alloted any room. He told that the hotel was not linked with any online booking. I loss my money, moreover suffered with luggage. Don't believe such lack of communication between online booking agency and hotel management.

It's VERY DIRTY and humid. The bed sheets were clearly not changed and the floors were full of food and plastic. But ok, the price was really good and the staff was really helpful.

It would be a detail that they would clean. Seriously they don't spend a minute in checking the rooms, very bad smell and everything it's oily and humid. It's very easy to at least sanitize and clean the floors and sheets, and make the room smell good

it is exactly opposite to bus stop.

We booked for delux room(AC), but when we checked in, they rejected online booking saying that "we are not accepting any online booking" and they asked us to pay 1500 per day for AC room. When we tried to contact OYO regarding this, their numbers are not working(very bad). After bargaining for couple of hours he accepted to give one NON AC room (but we booked AC). The rooms were not good enough, No water facility(they are asking us to purchase the water bottles), lift wont work sometimes. Note: This hotel is not suitable for families(hope you will understand what I mean)

The maintenance is not at all as per the website. The pictures show different information. However there is no service and there are no amenities like hot water directly to the room. This has to be carried by the customers from the end of the floor to their rooms which is not at all acceptable. The bedsheets had hair in them which showed no change of bedsheets or lack of maintenance from the hotel's end.
