Our second stay at this property, we were a group of 5, with 2 people in Apartment 7 and 3 people in Apartment 5. Really good location, only 5 mins walk from the centre of the city. Easy access into the property and apartments. Very well equipped, nice bathrooms and kitchens. Very happy apart from a couple of things, as below.

Apartment 7: Dirty towels had been missed by the cleaner, as well as a full bin not being emptied. Apartment 5: The wifi didn't work, so we were told to share the wifi with Apartment 2, which was very slow. We arrived on a Saturday and reported immediately that the air conditioning unit in the lounge was not working. No one came to look at it up until when we left on Tuesday. Thankfully the units in the bedrooms worked. Horribly small and thin towels. Take one of your own if you have room! Too many unnecessary WhatsApps and emails, with every one doubled up as I had booked 2 apartments!

Ok location, nice deco, clean

We only got a code after paying an extra deposit, which is OK but was not in the information. There was no windows so no possibility of air, this was not in the room info. There was bad mold and humidity in one of the bedroom not from a resent damage. We informed and hope they fix it for the future. Have not received any excuse. It was not possible to sleep in that room due to the smell. Room for improvement - Answer emails and take the phone- They contacted via Whatsapp and had the number wrong. Never answered the email or telephone when we called. Fix things that are wrong like mold in the apartments before renting out.

Warning ⚠️ Duplex apartment is just a garage, basically with no windows. There was one but without provision of a daylight, and you don't want to use it because it's facing a common area. You will not see any photo of this unit on their site. We were deceived by the beautiful photos. Which is NOT HONEST! The apartment has a bad smell of toilet and humidity The kitchenette is poor. The bathroom doesn't have a drain, and the water is all over the floor. Huge cockroaches inside the apartment There's NO AC, a portable noisy one instead. The communication is extremely slow and doesn't show any concerns. First, I asked to change the room, after 2 days received an unswer, that they are waiting for an update. I checked availability on their site and found many other options. I asked for an upgrade and received the reply after 3 days, but without any concern of my request. We had 8 nights in this hotel . After 5 days of trying to improve our stay, we gave up. The greatest disappointment is ghost management .Perhaps there are nice apartments, but we didn't have a chance to know it. Do not recommend at all.

Location and size of rooms

Air conditioner would not work and they could not get it to work. Did not move is to another unit. Poor customer service.

Perfect location. Lovely apartment inside the palace. Almost in the city-center, but quite.

All our rooms in the apartment were looking inside the building, so it was a lack of fresh air.

Great apartment in a superb location, huge comfortable bed in main bedroom and well designed mezzanine 2nd bedroom, good to have 2 bathrooms with 5 of us staying there.

There was 5 of us and bed was a put you up with a 2 inch mattress which is not suitable for an adult, only suitable for a child. 5 of us booked to stay but only 4 mugs, 4 plates and 4 wine glasses.

Beds were ok. Location was ok. Apartment was clean.

Not one bottle of water. No welcome letter. NO WARM WATER to take a shower!!!!!, not in the evening not in the morning!!!!! Noisy from outside. No daylight. Not a terrace as mentioned in the booking. Very hard to fill in all the forms for the entrance and all the codes.

A very pleasant flat in a good location

Ours was ground floor so a little dark, also the 2nd bedroom was on a mezzanine with a low roof (my 5' 7" daughter was touching it with her head- she wasn't fond of the steps/ladder either)

Nice historical beautifully renovated house with a rich patio. Spacious apartment. Good price/quality ratio. Location close to the restaurants, market, shops…

The automatic check-in in general is a good thing but this was an excessif example: too many messages and emails (maybe more than twenty in total). Many messages were in Spanish only. At the beginning that was a bit of pressure (creating a preoccupation that if you do not do immediately something on-line you may not be able to move-in) later at the end it became simply annoying because of too many…

Great location as in quiet area but close to centre. Quiet apartment

Apartment on the roof terrace so felt very isolated. Didn’t see anyone else in the building the 4 days we were there except cleaners on 1st and last day so creeped me out a bit as totally in own. Apartment looks new, but poor finish, light fittings in bedroom hanging loose from ceiling and very flimsy cheap furnishing. Shower poor design as floods the small bathroom. No washing machine as described in details. Not enough towels and no tea towels in kitchen. No information provided in the apartment regarding the washer in the main building or what to do in an emergency

Kitchen lacking in utensils. no bread knife or cutting board, few cooking utensils, plates or glasses. No instructions for a complicated stovetop.

De location and the interior patio where really nice. The apartment is right in the centre of town and there is a lovely little square with some bars and restaurants at 20 meters. The main centre is within 5 minutes walk and so is the underground parking for only 6 euro per day.

The number of messages and emails for 1 night stay is way to much. This is an apartment without manager, so everything is done via messages. We must have had 20 or more messages just for 1 night. Dont forget your mobile or make sure it is charged otherwise you will not get in.
