There was a spider with spiderweb right above the master bedroom bed.

Really nicely located house, spacious and comfortable. Doors are code operated, which is nice especially for a bigger group, so that you dont have to share a key. There is a nice backyard and a huge living area. The house is three bedroom, but two bathroom and one extra toilet. Wifi signal was strong in all areas.

The doors to one bedroom would not stay closed due to a broken closing mechanism, some of the handles in the kitchen were loose (I screwed them back in), there were stains on the upholstery of dining chairs and sofa, floors were not wiped for a while, bathroom had some mold. Could use a thorough cleaning.

The location was amazing. The property is in a lovely street and everything was easy to get to if you have a car. The property has a nice layout.

The property is a little tired and could do with a lick of paint plus new bed linens, they were clean but old. There was also a major issue with the bedroom without a bathroom, which had a leak in the roof, in a tropical storm a lot of water came through the ceiling. I would advise that this is fixed before any more guests stay as the room is inhabitable. The house setup is a little strange the garage is used by multiple people throughout the day and night. Sometimes you could hear the washing machines at 3am throughout the house. The final factor is the security of the house, while we had no issues, the lock to the house isn’t a key but a keypad with a code which anyone could know and enter the house. With the garage in use throughout the day it just felt a little less secure.

Spacious property with more than sufficient space for a family with 5 people. Clean and equipped with everything required for a wonderful stay. Apple TV, Netflix & Prime available. Washing machine & dryer helpful for a family vacation!
