Hard beds Air conditioner not working No internet

Room was big. And clean.

No window in room, AC dripping water all night in the entry way. TV was about 21 inches.

The room was very spacious, the breakfast was a wonderful buffet with lots of variety, the pool was really large and enjoyable, the staff was welcoming and helpful.

The mattress was extremely hard! Our room was quiet, EXCEPT for the Sky Bar 3 floors above that had loud, room-shaking music until very late.

The facilities were first class for a hotel of that price per night. The menu in the Sky Lounge and rooftop bar was very diverse, and they had a band play Music each night with a good atmosphere. The swimming pool and gym were also very big with a comfortable area. The Spa and massage area was nice too, although the water in the hot jacuzzi could have been warmer. It is a very reasonable price for the services you get.

The only thing I would say is that some advertisements were outdated. The Laundry area was not available on floor 3. Although one of the staff did show me where a nearly laundry place was located. Amazon prime and Netflix did not work in the TV in the room either. Better communication and advertising would make this hotel rank as a 10/10.

I liked the cooperation of the staff very friendly Cambodian people are very kind and friendly I liked the hotel. Clean
