Bar meals were reheated and they were not very nice when we waited 10 minutes to be able to eat them as they were so hot.Salad was atrocious - needs far more variety

Новый, по-домашнему уютный отель. Удобная кровать, вкусный завтрак, на первом этаже отеля бар, который работает 24/7 и ресторан. Всё на высшем уровне. Отдельное огромное спасибо персоналу отеля, в частности Kate и Allan !!! В Великобртании мы останавливаемся часто в разных отелях, но такого отношения мы ещё не встречали. Чувствовали себя в кругу семьи и друзей. Рядом с отелем большой супермаркет и 20 минут езды до центра Кембриджа. Нам настолько понравилось в отеле и не хотелось уезжать, что мы остались ещё на одну ночь. Спасибо огромное !!! Обязательно вернёмся ещё и не один раз !!!

It is getting quite expensive at this property (I stay regularly on visits to family) and I don't really understand the nightly rates. My daughter booked a room for a couple of nights as there was a gas leak at home and the Saturday night price was eye-watering. I would have thought for an empty room at the last minute the price would be lower...

Staff were very welcoming and helpful, particularly Rashid at check-in: having a smile and a friendly face makes a place and all the staff here really made the effort. Parking was free and plentiful. Rooms very new and clean. Everything worked. Check-in and out was fast and simple. Comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. Good value and a good place for an over-night stay. I don't expect much from a Holiday Inn but this was nicely presented and had staff who cared.
No fridge in room, lacking a magnifying mirror and the towels were very small. Lighting in room was in strips and very bright, one switch turned on about 3 lights at once so it was either very bright or no light, not adjustable. Couldn't turn off air con. The area was rather soulless -if you're looking for character this is not it - but it seems to have been just built so hoping that they will plant some trees, plants and greenery.

Excellent location very close to the A14/M11. Staff are friendly and ready to help with anything. Very clean hotel (I believe its only a few years old) - Excellent no fuss dinners and all you can eat buffet breakfast. I've now stayed here three times and will defiantly use it again on my next business trip.

Clean nice rooms, especially for dog to be on ground floor was very convenient. Friendly staff, quiet room, comfortable. One night was perfect and would come back again if in this area.
It took a while for check in due to their system, but this may have just been bad timing.

A new and clean hotel with green surroundings. Free breakfast and parking are absolutely fabulous. I especially love the small electrical kettle in the hotel room which is not always provided in many hotels.

The power outlets in my room are nowhere close to any mirror. Drying hair is kinda difficult without looking in the mirror.
Couldn't sleep with the ac turned on. So I turned it off, but there was some noise from the power supply. Put the card outside of the box. Solved the problem.

The location was perfect for us and the parking was great. The hotel is spotless and warm and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good and there was a bowl of fruit on the desk which was nice.

Lovely large room tastefully adapted for a disabled person, breakfast was good and hotel close to pubs and restaurants although need to drive to them.
We would have liked better evening meal options. We couldn’t fault the hotel overall and the colleague team were very pleasant and helpful.

We requested a travel cot and this was provided.
Breakfast wasn't presented very well so difficult.to see what was on offer as half was over at the bar..no staff to greet for breakfast.. to help or explain either. The cooked breakfast was not up to par. Very tough hard bacon, eggs were inedible. The rest was cold.
The bed in our room wasn't comfortable and had a dip so you would roll to the middle. No additional bedding for sofa bed. Not enough mill provided either.
