The view and the living room

The Keyless Entry Door Lock - didn’t work properly, we have several times issues Also one tag for elevators is not enough for 4 adults who stay in the apartment

Property was located in a good area. Great view and lots of space.

Staff was a bit rude at the front desk. We booked the reservation with 5 guests and were told upon arrival that only 4 of our guests could use the amenities like the pool. I reached out to the hosts a few times and never got a response. Unfortunately was a bit dirty (I.e., plates, cups, pillows, couches).

Great location and views but overall, this does not compensate for the poor quality of the condo and unfriendly host.

Despite the excellent location, the condo was very disappointing. Walls had lots of dirty marks, countertops damaged, blinds in bedrooms broken, towels tiny and thread bear. Bathroom vanity has come away from back wall. The place needs a refurb. Quality of build is terrible. Outside hallways were filthy with carpets not vacuumed.

A few small things, one of the fire detectors in the room was hanging off, there was also so coffee or tea available no salt or pepper. Other than that it was great.
