This is a great location! just a short 5 minute walk to the beach, shopping mall with restaurants, and marina. This unit has plenty of room with both bedrooms as well as a spacious living room and dining room. The beds are very comfortable!

basically nothing, because people had to sleep on the floor since there were not enough bed for everybody! unbelievable...
everything was very bad, there weren't enough beds for everyone, the place was dirty, the kitchen didn't have anything to cook, it has been a nightmare...

Location close to the beach, first floor
The property is in bad shape, it needs an upgrade, the keypad was acting, property didn't look that clean, air mattress had the sheet set and a pillow without the case. It needs a little love. Bathroom shower walls and floor are bad. Walls look dirty.

it didn’t have all the necessary items like a mop or Plunger a broom and a dustpan the stove wasn’t working probably.

I loved the condo it was perfect close to everything quiet, super clean and very comfortable. We would stay here again.
The only thing wrong was a burner was out on the stove top but we still made it work out. Place is great.

This place is complicated, it needs a deep rework in everything. Full of dirt and dust. Go to somewhere else if you want to have a vacation. This one is insanely expensive if you think about what youre getting for the price you will have to pay...

proximity to beach
we stayed in unit #8 and it was in very bad shape. appliances were not working properly. the bathroom lock didn’t work and was never fixed after bringing it up to the staff. inflable bed was not working; it deflated after two hours. limited supplies of towels. the whole place was filthy. the sheets smelled as if they hadn’t been washed; we were not able to relax. no AC in the bedrooms just one very LOUD AC in the leaving room.

The apartment is well maintained, comfortable and was clean when we arrived. The host was very nice and helpful. Close to Palm Beach at a great price.
