Location near six flags.

I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately found it to be in an unacceptable condition. While the pictures on the website are impressive, the reality was quite different. The house was not clean, with numerous cockroaches present, dirty towels with holes , and hair from previous guests in one of the bathrooms. The floors were dirty, littered with petals, and hair. Additionally, I found a used feminine pad in one of the closets. I reached out to the property manager but did not receive any solution. I advise anyone considering this property to think twice, as the appealing price and images do not reflect the actual state of the home. It was embarrassing to host my family in such an environment, and I would have preferred to pay more for a much cleaner option.

The only nice thing about this property was the ring door bell. SERIOUSLY!!

When my family and I arrived to this property of course we looked around the outside of the house just for a safety check. Then we entered the front door a HEAT wave(89 degrees)hit us soon as we opened the door we also, seen the back door was opened and unlocked!! RED FLAG #2. So we proceeded to moved on in the house and locate the air conditioning. Turn the thermostat on to (68). Continued to look around the house. So into the room and there’s NO ELECTRICITY in the rooms!! RED FLAG #3 so we stay at the home (1hr) thinking it would soon cool off because the air conditioning was on. Keep in mind it’s 4:00pm check-in. We call the ERICA to ask what was going on and she stated “ I don’t leave the air conditioner on when there no one staying in the house because that another bill to pay and told us to wait another hour for it to cool down.” So we left to go hang out and get food. We got back to the house and it’s about 11:00pm we are tired exhausted and have been traveling since 6am. Soon as we are pulling up the is a heating and air guy working on the system. The house was still (89 degrees) . When the guy pulled out the filter he told us it looked like it has been changed in 3YEARS! This property was disgusting and when we contacted the property manager about our problems and situation, she basically was nonchalant about it. We asked for a refine because we had to stay in our car, but on a recorded line, she said there was nothing wrong with the house, and we chose to leave.  She used foul language with us and was not professional at all. My ranking on this property is a zero out of 10 highly do not recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The living room/kitchen area were nice and spacious. Location was good as well.  the appliances were awesome. 

The bed in the master bedroom, needs to be replaced. We keep sinking down in the middle, and it was hard to get out of the bed, we had to literally pulled our self out and roll over the edge. random knocking sounds, different times of the day and different parts of the house. Not sure what that was all about. Also, the cleaning lady did not drop off the supplies to us until the evening of Saturday, the day before we were supposed to check out. We were supposed to get it Saturday morning. Fortunately, I had my daughter drop off us some water and a roll of toilet tissue to make it until the next morning. The house had an old musty smell to it.

Omg where do I start? Everything about the property was Top Tier from the front of the house to the back of the house to the inside of the house!!

The property was in a great location, very warm and inviting upon entry. No stone was left unturned in the planning and layout of the home. The amenities and little extras were the cherry on top!
