The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The staff was patient as I used my Spanish. They switched to English when I needed them to.

There is not much nice to see or do in the area. It's also very Americanized. If I wanted American restaurants and stores, I could have stayed home. I didn't get to choose because I was there for work. I also couldn't regulate the temp in my room. First too hot, then too cold.

The hotel is nice enough. Modern and clean. No complaints here.

I have booked this hotel at least 4 months in advance. The booking was confirmed by booking.com and I never received any other message from hotel or booking.com. I contacted the hotel about 14 hours before my arrival as I was arriving very late at night through booking.com to let them now. I received a message from them that was incomprehensible. When I finally arrived after 30 hours traveling at almost 2 in the morning the hotel had given away my room!!! They claimed booking.com had cancelled my booking. That turned out to be a lie. They had given away my room because it wasn't payed in advance despite me contacting them beforehand! This was not agreed. Agreed was to pay at the hotel! Thankfully a hotel nearby had a room available. Oh: my friends had a sleeping couch in their room, which I could have used. But the clerk said there is no such option anywhere in that hotel. How incapable can staff be? The next day they wanted to let me book a room for way more than the original price. It seems that is how they try to make their money: stepping back from a deal in the middle of the night and offering a more expensive deal in return hoping their guests are too tired and present a perfect victim for them. I had to discuss for at least an hour with 2 staff members to finally get my room for the original price. Several hours wasted in this. How costumer friendly. One additional thing: they show ads on how eco friendly they are and then they only have plastic plates, plastic cups and plastic cutlery. Really embarrassing. I wasn't the only guest they treated like that. Being a part of a large wedding guest group several of us had to stay there and none was happy with the "service".

The bed was comfortable and the shower was warm.

Different staff charged me different prices. The first guy charged med 500 more and told me the room was quiet when it was in fact right next to loud bar. I had to get up at 2am to be moved to another quieter room. The floors of the rooms are super cold and you can everything in the ajoining rooms The breakfast is one of the worst I have encountered in my years of traveling and they give you plastic utensils.
