Other than the comfort of beds everything was perfect, it was exceptional. Clean, well organized, nicely decorated, cozy place with wonderful location.

Bed was uncomfortable, the couch was even worse. I woke up multiple times due to back and neck pain, the matress of the bed and the couch need to be changed.

Great location and good facilities including A/C and hot tub. Kitchen well appointed. Friendly and helpful welcome.

Beautiful property very close to the park’s entrance. Very private with a nice balcony. Good taste for furnishings. Availability of a full kitchen was helpful. Wall heaters very convenient.

Minor things that needs pointing out: such a beautiful balcony doesn’t have a cover, and we know the weather in Ashford.. rain and more rain. It would have been so nice to sit outside and sip some tea watching wildlife. I ended up doing just that holding my own umbrella in one hand :) 2nd minor thing was a very steep staircase. I actually was scared that my kids could fall down at night while going to the bathroom so I put a chair there but limited space made it a bit hard to maneuver. Maybe put baby gates or something that can block the way at least at night. Everything else is amazing!!

The steps to get up to the apartment; however, it was communicated before we booked.

it was beautiful. everything was so thoughtful. location great. excellent property.

they were little stingy with the coffee k-cups. i mean 2 days 2 adults and 4 k cups. as if we were on a ration. and it wasn't the kind of place where one could pop in to the store and buy more. we did go to the store though. the only one in town and ofcourse they didn't have the k-cups. it was such beautiful deck and we would have loved to have an extra cup of coffee in the morning.

The room was recently renovated. Very clean and feels like new house. It is spacious with one family room, and kitchen and bathroom. The water in the hot tub was ready.

The room is in the second floor with steep stairs. Not convenient for a family with big luggage.
