quiet location mostly

Bathroom plumbing - a leaking toilet at base and leaking shower rose which was noisy unable to be turned off. Bathroom window unable to be fully closed so last 20cms open which was cold and a privacy issue. Other windows in the entire apartment would not stay open for fresh air. Both bedroom windows dirty. Initally television was not working but after some reluctance assistance the problem was fixed. A garage under unit 1 was used for 3 days by a non-tenant involving power and hand tools for a couple of hours each day, Dishwasher full of dishes(clean) on my arrival

Staff were very helpful and room was lovely, plenty of room for a family to stay comfortably. Staff do what they can to make sure your happy.

It was well-maintained and prepared upon arrival (sofa bed made up). The cleaning staff and maintenance people were very responsive to any issues we had (curtain rod fell down!). This was a very budget-friendly stay for families - would suit a family of 4 better than 5 but manageable. Great location!

The shower dripped and I forgot to report it but with the bathroom door shut it wasn’t too much of a bother. with the colder weather, I missed having an electric blanket on the bed but the fluffy blankets were great!

great location and apartment was clean. kitchen facilities were good.

shower head constantly dripping, not enough cutlery/ crockery - a set of 4 is not sufficient. front door easily unlocks. parking was difficult, once parked in the driveway it was a very tight squeeze to get back out past other cars.

The cleaner had taken the key and we were asked to wait 15 minutes while she brought it back. While waiting in reception the owner and the receptionist started blaming each other as to how many keys there should be. After 10 minutes the owner walked us to our apartment and attempted to open the door with a key he had. This didn't work. He left us at the apartment and asked us to wait. After another 10 minutes he came back and said he would put us in a different apartment. As we required the sofa bed for our little boy the owner told us someone would be into make this up for him. When the lady arrived she informed us that the sofa bed was actullay not a sofa bed and that if we needed the bed she would drive to pick up the key for our original apartment from the cleaner (this was now 40 mins after arrival so the cleaner obviously had still not returned the key). We had been driving all day and had a 15 month old baby who needed to be put to bed so the lady said she could set up trolly bed for our son instead. She was very helpful and we appriciated the effort she made. As my baby was crawling around I noticed how dirty he was getting from the floor, my own feet were covered in dirt also. When we addressed this with the owner before we left he just put it down to dust coming in the window and that the apartment we were put in hadn't been cleaned for a week. There was a broken bolt on the bathroom door. We couldn't open the door to the baclony. One of the chairs we could see on the balcony was broken, as were the screens. The bathroom window wouldn't close.

Apartment was very spacious and clean. Great facilities in kitchen and washer dryer was a bonus. Great value for money in Manly.

The external of the building is very untidy, old and has rubbish dumped outside, the hallway to the entrance is also dirty and the windows need a good clean.
