The staff was excellent they were answering you at the moment even for an early check in they let you get in.The room is next to the centre by foot you can be anywhere in 5'.

The wifi connection was really really bad. Even when i asked the staff for an other one as i was there for job still it was bad. i was going to coffee shop for have better connection. The cleaning was not so good as a manager in housekeeping i can tell that they can do better as the rooms are not so big.

A bit far from the beach, but you can't have it all in one place, Vlore is quite big ;) No iron in the room, probably available at request (didn't ask), clothes drying rack in the room would also be very helpful Apart from these minor things the place is just great!

The room is nice and the AC works well. it’s ok for one night. And it’s clean.

We got confused on the street and had to ask for help to find it. It would be nice to have a sign on the Mai’s street indicating the entrance. The area is ok. We walked to some restaurants (the guy at the reception said it was ok) but some guy followed us on the way back. We had to go inside one store (luckily it was open) and wait. The mini fridge doesn’t work well. We bought juice but it was still warm the next day.

bathroom doors are glass = see through, which is a bit uncomfortable when using the toilet.

The room was super clean and comfortable. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. They even reserved a place for us to park in a very busy area for vehicles. It was a short walk to the main street. It felt safe with a second key to get into the building front door too.

Booking.com said check-in closed at 12 but it closed at 9. It didn't cause an issue for us but it nearly did.

The apartment is spacious and well decorated. The bathroom shower is wonderful and has a rainfall shower head. The balcony was large and the beds were comfortable.

When it was time check out - our host was not ready for over a half an hour. Although we are certain he was busy with chores l.

Modern room, parking was good, price was good, friendly staff

No lift, they should tell people in advance you need to climb 5 flights of stairs to your room. Also the location is very rough, looks like a very poor area of the town

Everything was really good and the room was big and clean! I would like to add that everyone was really kind!

The apartment did not have an elevator so it was so difficult to go to the 3rd floor with the suitcases.

The location was really good, just a 10 - 15 minute walk from the beach and just a 3 minute drive.

Beautiful room. Placed in great location close to port and main Street, but calm. Clean, comfortable. You can wash your clothed for free. Good speaking English owner.very helpful staff.

Mini bar instead of refrigerator. More comfortable would be if bathroom door wouldn't be transparent.

Three of us stayed at Nikaj for 3 nights and found it comfortable. The location is great. Just a minute walk to the major streets filled with restaurants, bakeries, and bars/cafes. The beach is about a 25 min walk away. Our host, Endry (not sure if I’ve gotten his spelling correct) was so helpful in booking us transportation to and from various places and was very accommodating to us. The apartment had everything we needed, including dishes, cups, utensils, and most importantly A/C. The grocery store is also just walking distance if you did need anything. We would definitely recommend staying at Nikaj.

We were on the fifth floor so it was a lot of stairs. But it helped get our excercise in from having so much ice cream from the nearby bakery

The communication was really easy and the room was so big and nice. It had everything needed and was located close to a street with so many restaurants, stores etc. I definitely recommend it!
