Good location, nice neighborhood close to the beach. The host Menis was very helpful.

The house is very beautiful and located in very nice and quiet area with easy access to the beach. Very clean inside, with beautiful terrase and well kept kitchen. Host is very friendly, and we had no problems with our late check-in.

Small bathroom doors are tricky with the lock. It gets stuck from time to time, as a result - hard to open that door.

everything. great location, private and quit, but walking distance from the beach, restaurant… clean well organised. Menis was very kind and helpful. we had an electricity problem and he immediately arranged another apartment , which was also amazing

It was my best stay ever! This wonderful house has brand new furniture, has all the amenities you may need and most importantly - the kindest and most attentive host I have ever met. We are extremely pleased with our stay and will be back again for sure.

Very clean and cozy house!feels like you are on an island!the owner was very hospitable and friendly! The private mini garden gave you the feeing of privacy!strongly recommend it! the owner was so kind to even provide coffee and fresh cold water in the fridge and some items for a basic breakfast in the morning!

Everything was great!!! The house is very nice and cozy placed in the middle of a pine trees and lemon trees garden. The host was very kind and helpful. He gave us advice about the best restaurants, bars, beaches and super markets of the area. The house was recently renovated and is fully equipped. It's located within walking distance from Vouliagmeni beach (only 6-7 minutes walk) and lake Vouliagmeni (less than 10 minutes walk).

Super place to stay, fully equiped, with lots of amenities. Super host, very hospitable and prompt. Few minutes walk to the beach and to the lake. Also many lovely places to eat, have coffee and drinks within walking distance. We will definitely visit again

We really enjoyed a confortable stay in this wonderful and cozy garden house!! The owner, waited for us and showed us around the property. Everything was sparkling clean and the owners had left a couple of cute toys for our kids which was a nice surprise for them! The kitchen was fully equipped. There were also fruits, snacks and refreshments waiting for us in the fridge. The pine trees and lemon trees garden was very quiet and in the morning we took our breakfast on the patio enjoying the garden view. A huge advantage of the house is its location: walking distance from the closest beach and the famous lake Vouliagmeni. (If you have a car, it's worth exploring the entire "Athens riviera" and take some time to drive on the costal road beyond Vouliagmeni, to Varkiza and then end up to cape Sounio for a visit to the ancient temple of God Apollon). The house is also within a walking distance from the center of Vouliagmeni, with many options for breakfast/lunch/dinner and night drinks, super market, bakery and pharmacy. The communication with the owners was very pleasant and prompt. Overall an amazing experience!!!
