Everything, the pool was cleaned everyday yet it was always cloudy. The pool has algae on the tiles, the house is in the hood and that’s an understatement, it’s like if you want to know how it feels like to be amongst the poorest of the poor on vacation come here, it’s a slum with no access road it’s a bunch of dirt roads with huge rocks and trash everywhere, how could anyone feel safe in this place if something happened who you going to call the police????? Hahahaha. Then they offer to help but if course you can pay me for my time, but the thing is the only reason you need help is because there is no roads to get in and out of the place. The 2 rooms up stairs have black mold and one does even work period, the stairs that lead to that room are absolute death trap that nobody could believe how they are made or that someone actually though hmmm yea that’s acceptable………what wtf are you smoking. And then to charge 1000 plus for this pos place omg. Hands down the worst place you can stay. How is there not any pictures of the surrounding area when it’s that bad.

Staff is very nice and strive to provide an exceptional experience.

House is in dire need of some maintenance. Ants in my room, to AC not working. Plumbing fixtures not working. Loud music from neighbors and of course, the dogs barking every morning around 5am nonstop.

The host John was very nice and accommodating. He let us enter early. The house is very nice. Just be aware it is s bit secluded. I will definitely be returning.

The house is very big and the pool and balcony are wonderful. The beach is only 30 yards from the house, and it is very peaceful, which cannot be said of the beaches nearer Cartagena. The hosts are very helpful.

The house is far from the city, and roads in front are not paved, which makes it challenging to navigate in rainy weather. It is about USD $8 to reach the center of Cartagena, which is about a 20-min car ride away. There were some challenges with the rain when it rained hard, but the hosts fixed problems quickly.
