staff always pleasant , rooms are clean and comfortable , close to airport . though I didn’t eat breakfast this time it is always full of lots of choices

The hotel exceeded expectations in every way possible. Check-in, the staff, breakfast, cleanliness, literally everything was done professionally, and created a stress free and wonderful experience. I want to give a special thank you to the wonderful gentleman working at the front desk Saturday afternoon/evening. The customer in front of me in check-in was being extremely rude, loud, and difficult, and he handled the situation in the most professional and polite way possible. The way this hotel is run should be the standard.

I know you get what you pay for, and we got excellent service in every department, but 135 for a room is a little crazy, however I know that isn't really anything that specific hotel can do about that.

Breakfast was great. Not only was the food delicious but it was presented well. Cassie was quick to clean and disinfect tables as guests left the area.

Only one chair was in the room - two chairs would have provided more comfort, Note pads and pens, a Gideon Bible and TV channel guide were not provided.

Courteous staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with many options. Cassie did a great job of keeping the breakfast items filled and area very clean.

Not informing anything about a $200 damage fee needed on top of the room rate. which was more than the room itself. I will not be coming back for that reason. I was very unhappy and upset. Thankful I had it but take 3-5 business day for your money back. unbelievable. they couple in front of me did not have that $200 and couldnt get reimbursed for the actual room total. So they couldnt stay cause of the $200 not being paid. lost their hotel money and stay. The bath room could of been cleaner. the shower still had hair all over from the last person who stayed.

it was a new property. Very nice.

it was right off the Southfield freeway. That made it easy access in and out.
