Perfect location for my needs. I stayed while my house was being redecorated. The hosts made me feel really welcome and I was easily able to extend my stay when needed. It felt really secure and everything was clean when I arrived.

The bathroom did not warm up, at all: despite putting the radiator on. Also, the lighting was a bit dark but it wasn't horrendous.

No breakfast lovely location, property only really suitable for short stay we were there 10 days. Kitchen would be to hard to cook in for two people . Bathroom extremely small only suitable for slim people. Shower ran hot and cold to begin with . Only 1 toilet roll for 10 days supplied, no kitchen roll supplied and only 1 tea towel. Could have done with a shelf to put bathroom toiletries. Bathroom morrow to small and to high. Need a full length mirror somewhere.

Just a bit more thought for the longer stay residents. Otherwise would only recommend short stay.

Comfortable bed, very quite location. Excellent shower - sparkling clean.

Very warm weather, but windows could not be locked in open position, so felt a little insecure. Self adhesive hooks in shower room kept falling off.

Nice ouside location with a large field and a lake nearby. Perfect for BBQs, relaxing and no traffic noise or sirens. Andy is amazing and very understanding as a host. Best stay ever. 11/10 recommend

The Cosy Cabin is the perfect little get away. It has a real home away from home feel. The location is fantastic if you still want to me close to local amenities but want the quietness of the countryside. Check in was easy and stress free and we could come and go as we pleased. Will most definitely be back!

The cabin was set in a very pretty quiet location. it had a cute little garden which was lovely when eating and chilling out in. It was as it said very cosy, clean, and everything had been thought out with what was needed for us to use. The cosy cabin although in a quiet location had a town, shops, parks, restaurants in a 5 min drive. The owners were absolutely brilliant with everything from the directions to the place along with the information book with all instructions with the water, heating, tv etc

Seriously impressed with the property. Upon arrival everything was clean and well presented with extras such as tea, coffee, washing up liquid and various other bits that you’d usually bring yourself. Andy and Max were most helpful when seeking a bit of help here and there. Great quiet location in a very nice Essex town. Came down to Essex for a sports expedition and made a holiday out of it at the same time. Cheers guys!

Shower, kettle, looking at 2 yellow buses. Bit small.

The bus was beautiful. It had everything we needed, was immaculate and we loved the screen and projector in bed. We were greeted with a smile and assured if we needed anything we could contact the number provided. The bed was also really comfy.

Cant say there was anything we didnt like.

nice location private . very clean . owner answered any questions promptly. very pleased with the response. everything was as expected . we would stay again .
