this was not the property we were promised. we were put in 504 Sailmaker😡. I’ve reached out to you several times with no reply. I’ve warned other people not to use Vacasa or booking.com. I’m appalled at this deception. You owe us!!!

I contracted to rent this condo for four nights in March. I paid the very high rental fee, I received the contract and thought my family and I were all set for our getaway vacation. A week or so later, I was contacted by the rental agency that the owners no longer wanted to get out of the condo at our agreed upon date. This is absolutely no way to conduct business. I would not trust these owners and caution future renters to avoid them and this property. It takes hours to find an appropriate property to rent for a family. To have the owners turn around and renege on our contract meant I had to return to the keyboard to spend many more hours searching for a replacement. Yes, I received my full fee back, but this situation left a negative opinion of bookings.com and especially of the property owners. In addition, after I spent hours on the phone with the rental agency to get my total rental fee back, the same rental agency emailed me that they looked forward to our arrival at Sailmaker II. This meant I had to call them again to explain their error and then they emailed me again to say they would return my rental charge ... after my card had already been credited! This was a total "who's-running-this-show" comedy of errors for both the rental agency and the property owners. One more ... they are now asking me how I enjoyed my stay. In short, stay away ... far, far away.
