Das Apartment war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Der Ausblick auf die Bucht war fantastisch. Der Host war sehr aufmerksam. Die Kommunikation via WhatsApp war unkompliziert. Fragen wurden unverzüglich beantwortet, der leere Wasserkanister wurde sofort ausgetauscht. Alles prima.

Beautiful and spacious apartment with a gorgeous view directly to the beach. Quiet place, excellent room service and one of the most charming beaches I’ve ever been! I was in love with this property!

At the beginning the key didn’t worked, but it was easily solved🙏

The location is about 20 minutes from the marina. The property overlooks a sunny beach with tall palm trees, turquoise blue water, clear skies. The beach is not accessible from the outdoor patio but it is accessible from the front of the building by parking. The drive into town on the Las Gallaras winding road has a few major potholes so driving carefully is a must but this is a residential area. Upon arrival, check in was seamless. We waited for less than 5 minutes as another party was being checked in. The receptionist speaks English which makes it good for Spanish speaking learners. We were given wrist bands for property access (which is inconvenient) and a map to find the location. The owner Yris welcomed us when we were checking in and she also told us how find the condo. Although we had a map and direction, we ended up going to the wrong building- maybe it was the Roman numerals on the buildings that contributed to this but after we walked to the adjacent building, we had to walk up a steep incline to get back to our car while we were carrying luggage and groceries. We saw a groundsman, asked for direction and he walked us to the door and helped with our luggage. The condo is down two short flight of stairs. Upon the bottom of the stairs, I saw cat waste at the other end of the hall in front of another condo door. It was cleaned up after I asked. The kitchen is spacious, has an electric stove and is adjacent to the dining area and living room. The patio is a nice size overlooking the beach and has nice patio furniture. There is a washer. There is air conditioning in the dining area, a fan in the living area, and air conditioning in the bed room which cools the place fast. The kitchen is stocked with condiments, pots and pans. The bathroom is stocked with bath towels and toilet paper. The water gets hot. There is little storage space in the bedroom but there is a dresser. There’s a closet next to the bathroom. Overall, it’s a comfortable condo.

There is a cat colony. The first night we were cooking, there were at least 4 cats at the patio door looking to be fed. The internet was down at least one day but I texted Yris and she sent staff to check it very quickly. The staff person was nice and he tried to fix it. There is no elevator so you will be going up and down two short flight of stairs. Not a big deal but may be for those with mobility issues.
