Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend, vor allem der Sonnenaufgang von der Dachterrasse! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Der Garten ist wunderschön. Es gibt einige gute Restaurants und kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Gianmaria hat sich bestens um uns gekümmert und uns beim Gepäcktransport geholfen. Grazie mille! Praiano, Positano und Amalfi sind auch im Oktober noch sehr gut besucht. Die Villa Marunnella hat einen etwas abseits gelegenen Parkplatz. Da es sonst kaum Parkmöglichkeiten gibt, ist es schwierig, sich an der Amalfiküste mit dem Auto zu bewegen. Für den Sita-Bus muss man vorab ein Ticket lösen (über App oder im Shop). Die Busse sind aber oft überlastet und es braucht eine Portion Gelassenheit, wenn man den Bus nehmen möchte.

Lovely house, very clean with a great view. The host was exceptionally helpful and the house was in excellent order, very well looked after. The dipping pool also came in very useful in the heat.

I think some sunbeds for the garden would be helpful as the iron furniture was not so comfy. Apart from that it was great! We had a wonderful stay.

Absolutely fantastic place to say - really gorgeous with the wonderful bonus of an apricot tree in full fruit in the beautiful little garden. Absolutely loved staying there, great spot, wonderful view. Would absolutely recommend it.

The only very small downside is the dedicated parking is quite far away, however there is paid parking at the top of the road that we ended up using.

The place is spectacular and comfortable, such a beautiful view! It has a beautiful outdoor area full of fruit trees. It's located near bus stops within walking distances. We think the host Gianmaria is what makes this place spectacular! He came out to meet us at the meeting point, helped us w/ luggage, explained all the facilities/controls/bus stops etc. When we failed to get a taxi (after trying more than 7 places) to go to our next destination the following day, he found us a taxi for a very reasonable price. This is going beyond the call of his duties! Gianmaria, we thank you!

beautiful views from every level and a gorgeous terrace. I loved the lemon tree and all the plants! they had everything you need in the kitchen to be comfortable. not too bad of a hike down to the property from the road compared to some of the accommodations!!! very spacious villa- easily could have two couples comfortably. we had more space than we needed. pretty eclectic decor!

the “pool” was ridiculous- it was hot tub sized and freeeezing. we actually would have enjoyed it had it been an actual hot tub. the showers were extremely small and not comfortable and I am not a big person. beds were pretty hard and uncomfortable. but the location and views were stunning.

it was a beautifully designed property in a central location. the property manager Gianmaria was a god send who helped us make many last minute reservations and was always available to assist with any request we had. he ensured that we had a seamless trip and accommodated a last minute taxi ride to Naples as well. looking forward to staying here again

A lovely location, with a few shops and restaurants and the beach within 15 minute walk - everything is either up or down steep hills though so not always an easy walk. The villa is beautiful and very comfortable with a fabulous terrace overlooking the sea. Our host was very helpful, with great communication and came to meet us to help with luggage and show us around the villa.

There is a free parking space but it is rather far from the villa. If you travel with a car, there is on street parking closer to the villa that was easier if you want to use the car regularly. It isn't quite 'central' Praiano as we were expecting when the listing came up as 200m from the centre (I think this is a Booking.com issue though, not that the host has misdescribed the location). I think the 200m most be in relation to the shops/restaurants that are nearby. There is more of a village 'hub' that is about 1.5km away from the villa, but there is a local bus that gets you there relatively easily.

It was absolutely amazing. Love the property and the view is really nice. Praiano is a quieter area, but it's close to Positano, so it is pretty convenient. The two rooms are nice and the outdoor area is also very relaxing. Love the design of the place and it is a very enjoyable, and unique place to stay!
