The free guest laundry and the price is unbeatable.

Some of the staff were rude, some were very nice and helpful, they charged us $100 extra for a washcloth that had mascara on it? The first room we found roaches and "water bugs" personally idc what kind of bug it is I'm not going to feel comfortable with it crawling around in stuff or on the bed possibly. They did move us though. And last but not least they charged the credit card we had been using the whole time but then attempted charging another one we had on file for $150 and we still don't know what for. So I guess it's 50/50 if you have a lot of laundry to catch up on for free.

The rooms were nice and the staff was great.

The breakfast was not very good. Nothing was stocked and on most mornings the fruit was over ripe. There was a pitcher of milk in the refrigerator for all guests to use instead of individual sealed containers. We traveled with a large group and the hotel never had enough for our group to even have one of any item. The Kuerig coffee maker always had enough pods, but often was out of water. They truly need to address this. I am handicapped and rarely could use the back entrance handicap parking spot because workers doing construction work were parking there.

It was in a convenient location for what I had to do.

The room was exceptionally clean and smelled fresh. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. Very quiet room and the staff was helpful with everything we asked for or needed. Laundry was a life saver on the first floor! Well worth the price!!

if I needed staff at night, there was no one there, despite signs saying they are staffed 24/7. the night receptionist went in the back and slept. I heard her alarm clock going off incessantly.

Are, quiet, cleanliness, nice staff. Clean hotel, love the double doors on the bottom floor! Nice clean rooms! Beds are comfortable.

Although the facility is older, the rooms are clean , comfortable, and quiet. Check-in staff very, welcoming, warm, and friendly.
