The lady who checked us in was very kind and when we had an issue she offered ways to resolve it right away. She seemed to really care about how we felt. The room was nice and would be great for people staying a few days and wanting the "home" type atmosphere.

We checked out within an hour of being there due to our room door being unable to lock. When we assessed the situation, it would not even latch and there was cracks along both sides of the latch where someone had forced it open or pried it open or something. The front desk lady understood, tried to find us another room but there wasn't any available, and when I asked for a refund she did so efficiently. The area surrounding the hotel was a little sketchy as well.

area was conveniently located near everything. outdoors area was clean and quiet. overall room was awesome!

i saw three roaches thru out my stay. two in the kitchen area and one in bathroom. also there were no supplies in the room. pots need to be upgraded and cleaning supplies should be provided for at-least the kitchen cleaning.

The facility was nice!

There is a $250 “refundable” deposit that no one informs you of until you arrive, and you will be waiting a while for that deposit to be refunded, still have not received mine, going on 4 days of waiting.

I liked the layout of the room, and the two televisions.

The floor could have been cleaned better. Saw old footprints and dust mites on the floor.

Rooms clean and comfortable kitchenette was great to have. The real bonus is Melissa who works at front desk very professional and soo friendly.

I like the size of the room and the feel of a small apt.

There was pet hair all over the sheets and the sofa and it smelled like animals. The walls are very thin, I could hear the tv of the person next to me until about 3-4am. It sounded as if they were playing a video game all night. I could also hear someone outside playing music.

Please wash the outer cover on the bed stained not sure what was on both of them

The rooms are great, comfy and allow you to feel at hike rather than a hotel. They are pet friendly with walking areas and dog poop bag dispensers.

The concept is great but poorly executed. The place is woefully understaffed and the employees they have work their tails off , but (2) people alone cannot maintain a hotel alone. Also my booking.com price WAS NOT what this hotel charged me!! They do NOT honor 3rd party pricing.
