Great location, very nicely presented, lots of nice little touches and extras left have a nice luxury feel which was well thought out and put together nicely. Great for a family stay.

My only gripe was the top floor suite could have been cleaner with regards to spiderwebs especially in the en-suite. Too many to have formed since the last clean but had to get the vacuum out to have a shower. Otherwise the property was perfect.

Gorgeous house - immaculate, lovely furnishings and decor, beautiful village with a great local pub! house keeper / property manager very helpful when I got through to them to help locate an ironing board and hair dryer

Check in / check out times - the fact we could check in no earlier than 5pm and check out no later than 10am felt very restrictive. We all agreed on this. Iron / ironing board - I had to call the office to try to locate these. It would be helpful to provide information on where we could locate them as these feel like fairly basic items to provide, and we were going to a wedding so they were essential No cleaning equipment - we had no sponges, cloths or cleaning sprays provided to us.
