After 24hrs of being awake - building works by the neighbouring property. Within an hour, I went and told reception I was told they were full and if I wanted to move i need to pay the extra even through they had no other rooms. The works didn't stop I booked 4 nights and checked out early on the 3rd day knowing I would have to forfit the expense with no refund. I couldn't even enjoy the balcony because of works its was so loud, i didnt if complain about the guests dragging furniture of all hours of the night and loud guests at 4 am as that is expected. I said at least mention building works were being carried out, i wouldn't have booked. I told reception I was moving out this morning, they said I should have said something, I said I did within an hour of arriving - they said the receptionist was new. They wanted to move me to a neighbouring hotel not near the works. It was too late due to the noise and lack of sleep, within 2 hours of waking I booked a new hotel and transportation it was the best decision I have made, i had to totally change my plans as I planned to stay in chalong and moved to Rawai just wish I didn't wait the other nights in order to do so.

They didn’t have the bathroom window leading to outdoors where all the bugs could get in. That was a bonus.

The TV was outdated (not a smart TV, The wi fi was slow and inconsistent, there wasn’t a laundry basket in the room.

Clean and tidy and pretty quiet

Great location for the gyms and the restaurant next door is my favorite for breakfast, lunch and coffee. Nice big pool and clean, comfortable rooms. We only had one night but wished we had spent our full week here. Rooms have very good AC and kitchenette.

Nothing we didn’t like!

Great bright room, with two aspect windows and good views. Excellent value.

An electrical outlet in the bathroom would have been useful.

Restaurant within 5 minute walk, can order to room. Good and affordable.
