Staff were lovely couldn't do enough for you. Very helpful. Breakfast service and lunch and bar service was excellent.

Had a problem with the wiring on the hairdryer in bathroom,told reception who said they would get someone to sort it but nothing was done.

Great location , lovely view. Quiet and a gorgeous pool. Staff are very helpful and the hotel is spotless. All in all a lovely stay and we would recommend to others.

Air con was a bit loud and some of the room could do with some tidying up and maintenance.

The Hotel was very clean and staff helpful and polite.

Booking.com advertised the room with a private pool. This was not the case with the room we booked and was very disappointed upon arrival. The Hotel had no comment. No hot water in the mornings and the WiFi was very hit and alot miss. A short walk to the Town but is hilly in parts and is a jaunt in the heat! Expensive to eat and drink.

Breakfast was ok , very repetitive but there were choices . was probably the best part of the experience

The rooms were clean however needed wallpaper stuck down and repairs to flooring . I could not use the safe and was easy to lift out of the wardrobe and walk away with it . It was locked and no one knew how to get into it . Blaring horrible loud music played at the poolside which also was very much heard from the sea facing rooms . Gentle relaxing music would have been fine . Could not get a decent cup of coffee during the day . Work still being done to some rooms although manager said they were only putting up pictures but that took 2 days ! Arrived late and the member of staff on was very good .

It was lovely. The staff were great and so helpful, the room was comfortable and the location was perfect. The free cake in the afternoon was a nice extra. They also accommodated us arriving super early and allowed us to check in.

Works needed , peeling wallpaper , worn floor ,general wear & tear should have been done before hotel opened for the season , endured 2 days of banging , drilling etc on the floor below us , impossible to be in our rooms whilst this was going on

No lights in room other than bathroom lights, hairdryer did not work, when I asked staff to fix the lighting it was not done, bar had no white or rose wine at all

The location was spot on. Good pool bar area . Lovely little touch tea and cake served at 5pm each day .

We did not find anything to spoil our time there . All staff helpful and friendly .

It was clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The manager, Özge, was particularly helpful in sorting out a few ‘start of season’ issues for us and in arranging trips and transfers. We also really enjoyed our Turkish Bath at the Spa. Again, the staff were friendly and professional and we had an excellent experience.

The room lighting. There were no individual bedside lights so the whole room was lit or not at all - not great for reading in bed. Also the bathroom - we had a premium room with enclosed shower but our son who had a standard room found that the shower flooded the whole of the wet room floor which was not ideal. Ongoing renovation work in part of the hotel was a bit noisy at times.

The staff was not very happy to help us. First, the person at the reception didn't want to give us the same room but further from the music speakers. However, we asked another member of the staff and he provided another room for us. Next, we asked the same person at the reception about a place where we could have breakfast, and he didn't give any advice, but just said "Out"
