Beach views and close to store

Not clean, no internet, cockroaches, broken patio furniture

Pros: Easy beach access to a private beach. Quiet peaceful at nights. They have Beach toys chairs floats etc Washer dryer with detergent if u need do a quick laundry. Convenience store next door. They have a little of everything.

Cons: The house needs a deep cleaning( found a cockroach ) if you are like me like a house very clean you may notice this house is not. The chair in living room needs clean the upholstery. No enough bath towels They change the air filters for my request they were filthy extremely unsanitary. The beach wagon is rusted needs replaced. Glass Windows were very dirty I cleaned one my self so I could enjoy the view. They need a floor mat at inside entrance to dry your feet when u come from the beach wet after I rinse with the house. More kitchen towels, paper towels. You will need buy coffee pods. They need extra sheets. Some pillows in second bedroom had stinky smell and the mattress is not comfortable n second bedroom needs be changed. Ned’s new pillows.

Location, access to beach, cleanliness, good supply of pots, pans, griddle, plates, glasses, utensils, availability of washer and dryer

No coffee pot. Only a keurig, which is fine for single servings but not for making larger batches

Cleanliness and quietness

Nothing, there is a bit of a walk to beach

Loved the location and walkability to the beach. Some of the beach items were a little worn but still functional. Left a giant canopy for the next guests since the umbrella that was given to us was too small and flimsy

A couple things need addressed by the owners like the subfloor in the master bedroom (one section is completely rotted and likely to collapse soon), the dishwasher was covered in mold and made 2 of our guests very sick at the end of our trip (even after we cleaned the racks inside), the dryer does not work as the exhaust vents are jam packed with lint, and the main living room TV does not work and cannot connect to wifi anymore so we had to buy our own amazon stick to watch anything.

Location was great!! Just a short walk to the quiet beach!

The only issue with this stay was the stairs were a little worn out and the upstairs stayed pretty warm!

it was so clean and the space was beautiful

it was a bit further away from everything, if you needed to go to the store for last minute things, it was a drive, but might be a plus for some people
