Very good breakfast

the jacuzzi was pretty awesome and the staff was super friendly.

the walls are very thin and the bathroom was floated after taking a shower. it was very loud overall. the light of the floor was shining into our bedroom and woke us up every time someone walked through.

The staff were fantastic from check in to checking out with the owner. The staff were very accommodating to our needs. The breakfast was really nice and good coffee. Highly recommend

Everything! The staff went out of their way several times to help us. The location is great, just on the edge of town but very quiet. The artwork in the hotel was beautiful, and I bought one of the paintings directly off the wall! The breakfast was wonderful - my favorite of all my Ecuadorean breakfasts.

the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. the breakfast had mire choices than other hotels we’ve stayed in Ecuador. the location is at the end of a quiet street, which is nice for sleeping. near to the thermal baths and from our room we had a view of the virgin waterfalls. the towels were refreshed daily

the shower door didn’t seal, which led to a very wet floor after each shower. the water for filling the bathtub didn’t always get hot enough and the first day there was a lump of hair floating next to me after I turned on the bubbles

From some of the room is good view to waterfall, from the others no. Spacious room big and comfortable bed. Terrace with view. Overall the hotel is ok.

Breakfast wasn't good enough. As usual in Ecuador. Soundproove is low. You hear everuthing from the street, even if somebody just talk with another persom in front of the hotel.

Excellent location. 5 minutes walk from the center but in a very quiet street. Nicely decorated rooms with several outdoors seating areas and a nice rooftop. Good breakfast.

The hotel was very clean with an awesome staff! All employees were super friendly and attentive. Every morning breakfast was fresh (fruits, cereals, breads, jams, juices, etc.), which also came with made-to-order eggs anyway you wanted them. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was easy to make your room a home away from home. There was also a rooftop patio with amazing views of Baños and the surrounding mountains. The patio had tables and chairs, and a hammock to relax in. Reserved parking was also available. The location was awesome as well. It was a little ways from the downtown area giving you peace and quiet at night, while still having everything within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for couples or small families, and/or friends traveling together.

Quiet and very friendly with a nice breakfast. also access to their property near El Pailon with a pool, sauna and spa.

Everything at Hotel de mi Pueblo was beyond expectations. Each day's breakfast included eggs made to order which was a treat. Add coffee, fresh fruit, juice, fresh breads, cereal, yogurt and the most delicious jams and passion honey for a great start!

I liked everything about this property. The artworks are individual, colourful, enjoyable and everywhere. Every room has its own character and many have hot tubs as an extra luxury. There are beautiful places to sit and view the waterfall - and still work. The internet worked without a glitch during my stay. The staff members contributed strongly to my rating. All the people associated with Hotel de mi Pueblo were exceptionally helpful, kind, and patient with me (as I have very little Spanish).

We booked the suite on the top floor. I had no idea that it was going to be so nice and spacious. Not to mention, we were the only room on the top and had access to the roof top area. The staff was incredibly kind, breakfast was delicious and the location was exceptional with the sound and view of the waterfall. We would absolutely stay here again!

I loved my stay here. The location is ideal, right at the base of the Virgen waterfall so it has a great view of that and you can hear it while you sleep, but also far enough outside of the main streets that you don’t hear much noise at night. About a 5-10 min walk to all of the good restaurants. My room had a great view of the waterfall with a hammock right by the window. The breakfast was good, lots of fruit and breads and yogurts and cereals in a buffet style, and eggs to order. The coffee was made with a normal coffee pot so it was good. I worked from the room everyday with video calls and large files and the wifi worked well. I would recommend this place to anyone staying Baños.

Everything was great. There’s no AC in the room but Baños isn’t very hot so having the window open was enough, even if a few mosquitos get in.

Breakfast is really decent, room was awesome but it was the deluxe suite for a high price. Staff is really friendly, great view and nice beds. Location is great as well. Just a little out of the busy areas.

The staff and owner were warm and welcoming. I had only planned on staying one day and then moving to a hostel. However, I decided to come back to the hotel. They went over and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. It was the perfect stay for the weekend.

The staff here were really helpful and friendly. The breakfast is sufficient with eggs and some cereals and bread. The coffee is excellent. We moved rooms to have a better wifi connection, so if working ensure you have a room at the front of the hotel. This also has a view of the waterfall.
